Overall, the accommodations were very satisfactory. Unfortunately several things were missing: no remote for the tv and no information as to how to work it manually, no detailed information on the operation of the heater(s), no “member”parking pass was available which required moving the car in public spaces every 3 hours, no dish towel to dry washed dishes. Generally information provided was incomplete, pertained to another accommodation, or missing entirely. The bed was comfortable and appliances were well provided. The boat has been well furnished and is quite pleasing. We did not use the outside deck due to very cold conditions - unusual for SF. While we were fine, this rental should not allow ambulatory-disabled or elderly visitors.
Parasols provide privacy - charming and utilitarian.

Lovely boat, very boho vibe to it. Comfortable bed. My biggest issue was the temperature. Granted, it was chilly in Sausalito (40-50), but the boat was very cold even with the heaters on.

The house was perfectly setup as the description stated. Very charming! The parking posed to be a bit of a problem. The neighbors in slip 8 didn’t get the memo about the quiet hours from 9p-9a because they were up well after 3am making lots of noise and turning lights on and off. Overall, we had a great stay!

The boat was fantastic and relaxing. It was surprising how big and well appointed it felt. Looking out at the water was perfect. The host gave us very clear video directions to find it, which were so helpful.

Fabulous stay! Very quant and adorable! Close to food and shopping. Parking was a bit tricky, but wasn’t hard to manage. I would stay again.

So much potential
 but sadly it doesn’t deliver.The size, shape, and location of the boat are great, but the furnishing makes it difficult to enjoy. The deck looks like a garage sale — overcrowded, four stools (who wants to sit on stools on a boat deck?), and not a single lounge chair. Inside, same story: crowded, unpratical layout.Privacy is also an issue. The paper umbrella covers only part of the front window, while neighbors on the two-deck boat next door have a direct view of the bed and living area.In the bathroom very unsanitary shag rugs beurk!, plus a moldy, smelly bath mat.Communication with Lourdes was disappointing. She seemed uninterested and sent two unhelpful videos. There’s no actual address number “9” on the boat as shown, and the toilet instructions were almost a joke. She left only the bare minimum of toilet paper — I ran out.On my first day, I returned from a 6-hour hike to find there was no running water on the boat. I messaged Lourdes at 6 pm, and she responded at 9 am the next day!?!As a visitor from outside the US, I needed wifi, but the password provided was wrong. Despite my explaining this, Lourdes kept insisting I was entering it incorrectly (during my stay I connected to countless wifi in Sausalito with no problem!) I had to rely on my home internet provider instead, incurring extra costs. When I asked for reimbursement, she refused and blamed me.This boat could be fantastic if managed properly, but with Lourdes, I cannot recommand.

Just what I needed to reintegrate after a week of device-free personal growth. I can tell the description has been updated to reflect concerns from previous reviews, so I felt like I was well-informed of what to expect. Several seal sightings from the back deck were an added bonus!

Great view

We are in our 80s so getting suitcases, etc down the long dock and into the boat was a challenge. Once on the boat we loved the view and seals, pelicans, terns, etc. Had a great time.

We had a magical stay in our floating love nest on the Bay. Our friends were staying at the inn above the tides and we were so happy to find this spot nearby to stay. It’s a proper boat but has all the amenities of a house. I especially loved the bathtub. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck outside while watching the seals and aquatic birds.

Relaxing and quiet

Unique experience to stay on a boat. Has everything you need like tiny house. Stairs down to bathroom may be tough for those with mobility issues. Neighborhood is nice with lots of dining options and easy access to SanFran. Overnight parking took some googling to figure out, but you can park about a block away. Also on site parking for max 3 hr, but worked well for us with other agenda items. Should also note easy drive to Muir woods National monument if that is on your list. Overall, great time and meet our expectations. Worth a try if staying in the area.

Weekend on the water

Great place to celebrate our anniversary. Walking distance to great restaurants, right on a wonderful bike trail, sunsets over Mt Tam, great low-key neighbors, and a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed.Hope we’ll be back soon.
