The lower level is a separate unit, and we are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a rowhome.
House Rules:

• Guests located within a 50-mile radius of Washington, D.C. require pre-approval before booking. Reservation made without pre-approval will be subject to a non-refundable cancellation policy.

• Guest must complete pre-arrival ID verification including damage protection selection via our digital guest portal

• NO parties, pre-games, events, or visitors. Visitors require prior approval and is limited to two (2) friends or four (4) family members.

• DC Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday to Sunday. It`s the law!

• ALL SPEAKERS are prohibited from being used to play music at any time, including outdoors.

• Shoes are not permitted inside the house.

• Indoor smoking is prohibited; a fine of $300 per night will be imposed.

• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.

• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning delay.

• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
