The Host was very responsive. Due to inexperience on my part, I was confused regarding where to find our check in information. A request for information had me on the phone with the Host and everything resolved in less than a minute. The remainder of the stay was excellent especially if you like ice cold air conditioning in the midst of summer heat and lots of hot water for the showers after a long day of walking around. Jim

The beds were super comfy. Nice AC and bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Big fridge. You're a 5 minute walk from the metro station and 10 from a nice grocery store. Lots of cute walkup apartments in the area. We were able to hop on the metro and see all the sights.

Our Girl Scout Troop stayed for a week while visiting Washington, D.C. for the Girl Scout Convention and sightseeing. The house comfortably accomodated 12 Girl Scouts ages 11-17 and 3 adults. Although there was not enough room for everyone to sit at once, the girls made it work, and they enjoyed playing hide and seek throughout the house. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make breakfast everyday. The host answered questions quickly. The house was conveniently located close to a grocery store, metro station, the convention center, and a bus stop, so we were easily able to get to where we were going.

Perfect long weekend getaway

This property was just as expected! While it had some historic charm, it was so clean and had modern amenities. Lots of space, and places for the family to congregate, watch a movie, play a game, etc…. Great technology, comfy beds! We loved it. It’s an easy walk to the White House, the museums and shopping. And quick to find an Uber if you’d rather ride!

Nice place in good location

Worked well for a group of colleagues as we attended a conference at the convention center. Walking distance to the convention center, food, and the Metro. Short Metro ride to the Mall as well.Beds were very comfy, showers were great. Since we were there in the winter, the heating system is a bit quirky and we had to adjust to cold areas and hot areas.
