Great house with huge front porch and fenced in yard. This comfortable home is in a family friendly neighborhood just 2 blocks to the beach and includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dining area, and living room with a smart TV.

Fenced in yard with barbecue.

We had a wonderful stay in Belmar. This house is in a peaceful neighborhood down the street from the beach. It was exceptionally clean! We are familiar with the area but discovered new favorite spots and are so grateful we found such a cozy home to share the Shore with our young children.

The perfect beach getaway! 10/10

Our stay at Jerry’s home was wonderful from start to finish. The house is set on a quiet street in Belmar, with a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants/bars just a short drive or walk away. The home was very clean and modern and came with everything we needed for a weeks stay, including towels, beach chairs, beach badges, etc. Jerry was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Our favorite parts of the house were the porch and outdoor shower in the back. The home comfortably fit 5 people and we’d definitely stay at this property again! Thank you Jerry.

Great Relaxing Vacation!

Great house with all the needed amenities - and more. Easy parking. Wonderful front porch - perfect for morning coffee as well as happy hour and reading. Short walk to clean boardwalk (for morning steps!) and beautiful beach. Had great weather and was also able to extend stay for another day. Our host Jerry was very responsive to any issue. Hope to come back in 2025!

An amazing week!

This home was very Clean, neat and organized. It was just a small walk to the beach about two blocks. Our family enjoyed the stay and were able to cook at home as well as order out conveniently with restaurants located nearby. We will definitely be staying.

So comfortable!

As soon as I walked in to the home, I felt the coolness of the central air conditioning. What a pleasure! And just two blocks from the beach. Each of the bedrooms had a closet with sufficient hangers. The kitchen was new my furnished with dishwasher and microwave and fun stove where I did some baking. There is a living room area and dining area making the stay comfortable in every way.

Something for everyone!

My husband and I and our adult son thoroughly enjoyed a week at this comfortable beach house. Afternoons on the beach, evenings in Asbury, exploring the area, this is a great location in a friendly neighborhood. Jerry is a great host and the house is clean and comfortable!

Great Beach House

Great location. We stayed off-season (September) and everything was great. Place is lovely and location is great. Belmar is a great town with lots of restaurants and great outdoor activities. The boardwalk is awesome!

Fantastic beach vacation

The house was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation. It was clean and fresh and well stocked. Close enough to the beach and shops and restaurants on Main Street, so we didn’t have to use the car often. We even walked to the supermarket and farmer’s market. Gary and Elaine were great hosts - responsive and lovely. Five stars for sure. Would do it again in a heartbeat

Great Family Vacation

This place was great for my family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The house is newly renovated and really comfortable. Jerry was very responsive to our questions and made us feel really welcomed. We can't wait to go back!
