LIVING ROOM Settle in on the family room sofa right next to the gas fireplace with a drink and take-out for a glorious night in. This room is elegant, comfortable and a great space to kick your feet up after a day of work or exploring the city and surrounding areas.
BEDROOMS In keeping with the modern and simple design, you’ll find the bedrooms are not only highly comfortable but also stylish. We’ve chosen our favourite blue moon colour palettes for each room to provide an atmosphere of calm so you can have a fantastic night`s sleep and be ready for whatever the next day brings.

Bedroom #2 (Top Floor): Queen bed and a closet with close access to the second full bathroom.

Bedroom #4 (Top Floor): Two single beds with close access to the second full bathroom.
BATHROOMS Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.
Bathroom #1 (Primary ensuite; top floor): Private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and enclosed shower.
Bathroom #2 (Top Floor): Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

GOURMET KITCHEN This kitchen is a pleasure to spend time preparing meals in; with its large windows and rich cabinets providing tons of cheery light throughout the day. We’ve equipped the kitchen with a french door fridge and stainless steel oven, a coffee maker and a beautiful granite countertop island that offers additional bar seating. The dining nook lends a touch of glamour, situated near the patio door to the outdoor grilling area so that you can keep an eye on the kids as they play in the backyard while you relax and enjoy your coffee.

OUTDOOR SPACE Blue Moon is well-maintained with great curb appeal and a fantastic backyard space you’ll love. Whether you have kids with you or you’re on your own, you’ll definitely spend a lot of time out here, depending on the time of year.
The home has a large wooden deck with a comfortable seating area around a fire feature for gathering around and spending warm summer evenings. There’s also a grill for barbecuing and a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows and spend time nurturing relationships with friends and family any time of year.
LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Downtown Calgary (20 mins): You’ll love being so close to the downtown core, where you can plan to visit all the main attractions like the Calgary Zoo, and Telus Spark Science Centre. Eat at incredible restaurants and get caught up in everything that famed “Cow-Town” has to offer.
University of Calgary (20 mins): If you have a student attending University here or considering enrolling, staying at The Highland makes visiting campus simple.
The Calgary Tower (21 mins): Don’t miss seeing the city from the best vantage point. Calgary Tower is a must for visitors who want to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the city you can’t get anywhere else. It’s a fantastic place for a memorable date night or family adventure.
Banff National Park (1 hour): Don’t miss out on the mountains during your stay with us. We recommend planning a day trip regardless of the time of year to either go skiing, boarding, hiking or take in the beauty of the mountains up close and personal. It’s a must-see!
Calgary Stampede Olympic Park (25 mins): If you’ve come to see “the greatest outdoor show on earth,” The Highland is only a short 25-minute drive from the center of the festivities.
Blue Moon is conveniently located right next to Stoney Trail and Grey Eagle Casino. We recommend having a personal car for running errands and getting around the city. However, public transportation and Uber, Lyft and taxi services all have a solid presence in the area.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

Convenient location to enjoy beautiful Calgary and the mountains
This place was great for a large extended family in town for a quick family reunion. The hosts were proactive, responsive and detailed. The property is in superb shape. A great place to lay your head if you need one. Accessibility to Stony Trail makes getting anywhere a breeze…the city, Kananaskis, etc…

Spacious and Super Equipped!
The beautiful, spacious home is super equipped with everything that travelers need.We parked in the garage and let our dog roam the securely enclosed back yard. The home has spaces for watching, for sitting quietly, and for playing. They even had it decorated for Christmas! Everything was in perfect condition, they really thought of everything.

Spruce meadows summer series rental
Stayed the six weeks over summer series. Good location for the show. House in need of a bit of updating and few maintenance issues. Outside spaces could do with a make over - fire pit and advertised features outside weren’t there anymore. However very convenient for the show and good space for us all.

Business Trip
Property was nice and comfortable for our longer term stays. We had a couple of issues that the Property management team addressed quickly. We were away from our home in America close to the holidays but the management team seen to putting up a Christmas tree for us even though the owners declined to put one up. Beds were comfortable. The management team left us a welcome gift of snacks and card which were nice to get us started. The overall location, comfort and the management company was nice. Quite, nice neighborhood. We will be staying at this location again. Thank you for the nice stay. declined to put one up.
