Enjoy the perfect getaway at our cozy 2 bedroom House! The property is located near the Tuscarawas River and is within walking distance to a local winery and restaurant. Close to other local wineries, breweries, and golf courses, public hunting and boating access. We're conveniently located near major highways and near Ohio's Amish Country. The historic canal town of Roscoe Village is only 10 miles away. Great for a hunting trip, girls' getaway, or a fun weekend!

This is an old home, but it has been fully remodeled and includes all the modern amenities. The style of architecture is known as a "SaltBox" design. The bedrooms are both located on the 2nd floor. Full kitchen with all the basic dinnerware, pots and pans.

We use a key lockbox to offer self check-in.

Downtown Coshocton and Walmart are 10 minutes, Kid's America Sports Complex 18 minutes, Clary Gardens and Lake Park 12 minutes, River Greens Golf Course 5 minutes, Coshocton Fair Grounds 16 minutes. Fast food restaurants, pizza, discount stores and other shopping is concentrated on S. Second St in Coshocton.

Cutest and coziest little property! Owners were so sweet and super easy to work with! Very reasonably priced, and accommodating to our doggos! We highly recommend this place and will without a doubt be back the next time we are looking to stay in the area!!!!

Cute place. Nice size living area. Easy to get to. Just know the stairs, to the up stairs, are short and steep. If you are someone who use the restroom at night, it might be difficult. The place is history. The stories the floors could tell. The owner checked in and was very easy to work with.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The host was welcoming and the property was clean and accommodating! Plenty of privacy and room for my doggos to play in the yard. Great atmosphere in the area with very welcoming locals at the stores and wineries across the way. We would surely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful weekend and allowing my family to make unforgettable memories. This is a cute historical home that makes you feel part of the area.

Great Location

This was a charming, well maintained home with a great location off the highway. It is also within walking distance to the Raven's Glenn Winery and Restaurant, which is an absolute must stop if you are in the area.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was in a perfect location for our weekend getaway. Coshocton, Raven’s Glenn winery and The Wooly Pig Brewery were all close by. Maxx who was our contact for the property was quick to respond to questions we had leading up to our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
