The Wrens Nest

Located in the small town of Farmerstown, this home is just minutes from Walnut Creek, Charm & Berlin. We offer you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself into the Amish community. The local auction house is just around the corner where they sell livestock & produce along with other goods. Directly across the street is the general store offering all your basics and bulk food. We even have a closet stocked with Amish clothing for dress up and photo opportunities! Come enjoy the simple life!

The Wrens Nest is set up as an Amish home, but with modern conveniences included (you won`t have to give up TV if you don`t want to). It`s a great place to kick back and relax.

Take advantage of the Amish closet full of clothes for dress up or photo opportunities!

You will have the entire house to yourself. We do not have cameras anywhere to respect your privacy.

Farmerstown is a very friendly small town of mostly Amish. You`re sure to get a smile and a wave if you sit on the front porch.

While there are some things within walking distance, most will require driving. Farmerstown is only 5 minutes to Charm, 10 minutes to Walnut Creek and 15 minutes to Berlin.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and bathrooms are downstairs. Must be able to climb a standard staircase with a handrail.

We do have a futon with a thick mattress available on the main floor. If you plan to use the futon it is easy to set up yet heavy. I will gladly set it up prior to your arrival if you would like.
