Conveniently located next to the local farm market, Sweetwater Farms and iconic Swiss Village Bulk Foods. The property has plenty of outdoor space for children and adults with access to outdoor games upon request. With ample outdoor entertainment space, this is the perfect place for your family while you visit Sugarcreek. We provide an assortment of continental breakfast items, contactless check-in and check-out. We are located 8 miles from I-77 and minutes from Walnut Creek, Berlin, Charm and Mt. Hope.

Loved this place. Super clean, loved the snacks. Burritos were delicious and such a nice thing to do for your guests. Loved the location and plenty of parking. Liked that we could back up close to steps to pack up our stuff. Easy to lock and unlock door. Will stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Everything was perfect. We arrived a little early and everything was ready and waiting for us. From the outside porch and seating area to the beautiful sunshine streaming into the windows, all was so peaceful and welcoming. The furniture was very comfortable from the living room to the bedrooms. Beds were plush and gave an excellent nights sleep. Owners provided so many extras, I.e. breakfast casserole in the freezer, snacks, water and even a container of milk. It was our anniversary and we found a gift certificate from them to a local coffee shop to help us celebrate. Above all else though was the fact that Grandma’s Place was Spotless. I would definitely rate it a 10 out of 10!

My husband and I were visiting for one week from Charleston, South Carolina. Although this property had already been given a five star review, we really did not know what to expect when we arrived. My husband and I have done quite a bit of traveling over the years, and this is one of the cleanest, most efficient properties we have ever been in! They have thought of everything! The location is perfect! Rooms were large and spacious and the bedding was wonderful. They prepared two types of frozen breakfast options that were left in the freezer for us. Two huge breakfast burritos and two breakfast casseroles that were out of this world! They also had bottled water, milk, and coffee, along with many healthy snacks, which came in handy! One day it was raining and we never got dressed the entire day. We were so cozy and comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying here! This is a two bedroom, but it was only my husband and myself and it was well worth it! Miss this place already!

My mom and I stayed at Grandma’s Place for our annual trip to Sugarcreek for her birthday! This is our third year doing the trip and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed! The home was beautiful and clean and the perfect size for the two of us. Being so close to Sugarcreek was so nice! We loved the back porch and spent a lot of time enjoying the fresh air and quiet surroundings. We will definitely be back in the future!

Nice little place!

Very nice clean place to stay. The frozen/home made breakfasts were satisfying and delicious as were the various snacks and cereal. Also nice to have youtube tv to watch.

Wonderful place to stay

We liked this place because it was super clean, lighting great, outdoor seating in a park like setting. Everything was comfortable and the extras like breakfast food was yummy. We have stayed at many places across the US and this is one of the best. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location with easy access to local businesses and restaurants. So much more room compared to a hotel and a full sized refrigerator to keep cold and frozen items before heading home. It was very cozy and clean, just like home!! The owner provided an assortment of snack items and precooked frozen items for breakfast. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening as the day cooled down. Have already booked another stay before we left!
