Fun Relaxing Riverfront View Vacation Home Pool Boat Docks Lifetime Memories
Make life-long memories at this newly remodeled unique and family-friendly home directly on the river. Watch the boats go by or rent one nearby. Enormous screened in heated pool area is the perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida weather and stay cool in the pool or warm in the winter). Games such as corn hole and ladder ball can be played bug free. An outdoor bug free kitchen/bar area with plenty of seating. Beds for 12 and a large great room with plenty of room to relax and entertain. In no time, your regular daily routine is forgotten and your stress is melted away.
We have 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and extra beds to sleep up to 12 people. The pool is large, salt water and heated. Prepare to enjoy dolphins, manatees, shark, and tarpon. Bring your boat and dock it at the property. Or rent one nearby. The boat lift will accommodate small and medium boats. Large boats can dock next to the seawall. There is a public boat ramp nearby and space to park your vehicle and trailer in the driveway. You can fish off the dock (we provide fishing poles). With no houses across the river and away from the city lights, the scenery is spectacular and the stars are bright. Grab a book, sit next to the river and watch the boats go by. Or enjoy playing our provided lawn games. Or take the kayaks out and explore the river. Bring your pet(s). The entire back yard is fenced. We have neighbors close by, so please respect them with low music volume and low noise after 10pm.
We have a 10000 ft boat lift and small boat life, so bring your boats for some fun! Karen and I have been hosting vacation rentals since 2016. We completed this whole house remodeling in January 2023. We own 3 other vacation rental properties nearby. We have stocked the house with all the amenities you expect from a high end vacation rental property. The property is conveniently located 20 minutes from RSW airport, 35 minutes from PGD airport, 10 minutes to downtown, 35 minutes to Bonita Beach and 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.

We have hosted on AirBnB and VRBO for 7+ years. We had a three story home on 2 Âœ acres where we raised our three children. When our last child moved out, we had this big house with empty rooms. Mikeâs brother recommended we do AirBnB. We were a little skeptical, but moved forward with trying it out. We then had a friend who had an emergency and needed a place for their family to stay so they became our first guests. Our first year we were booked solid during the winter season, had a nice break during off-season and more people came the next year (some returning guests). We then decided to downsize and sold that wonderful property. We moved to a place on a canal, just off the Caloosahatchee river. Mike won a boat in a drawing at our church and we were able to explore the river by boat. We found this wonderful waterfront property and knew it would be a perfect place for a large family or friend vacation just like our other home.
Both of us have a vision to help others and to create a place for others to relax, refresh, and reconnect with other family members. As our children were growing up we met with Mikeâs family including his Grandmother, Parents, Siblings and their families, Uncles and their families for a family vacation every year at a resort in MN. We were able to reconnect with each other during the vacation week having fun playing games, fishing, shopping, water skiing, and enjoying meals together. The families didnât all live close together and the week at the lake allowed us to have the bond of fellowship each year. At River of Grace Hope and Love, Mike and Karen want to share their home and allow other families to gather together in Florida to relax, refresh, and reconnect with others.

Being right on the water gives you the opportunity to rent a boat and explore the river. Or just sit back and watch the amazing boats come by. If you are lucky you will see dolphin and manatees come by (more frequently in the winter). The enormous screened in pool and lanai can give you hours of bug free outdoor fun. We have an outdoor bar area with sink, fridge and grill. We have seating for everyone outdoors and indoors. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. Since we are on the NE edge of the city, you can see abundant stars, even shooting stars if you are lucky. If you want to get away to the beach, we are only 35 minutes from Bonita Beach and 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We provide beach chairs and a cooler.
