Summary:
Welcome to Surf Station 3 built right on the Texas Ave beach access, which is one of the most popular surfing spots on the island! This ground level 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment was renovated in 2021 and is surprisingly spacious! Step out your front door or back patio and you're less than 30 steps before your toes hit the sand! There is an outdoor shower too! Super convenient to all things Carolina Beach- restaurants and shopping, fishing, surfing, hiking at the CB State Park and more!

Disappointed birthday beach stay made right
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well I’m not sure really how to say what I want or where to start. Pictures were pretty deceiving on this property. When we arrived the bottom front door handle seemed like it could easily come off the front door which made me feel unsafe, the place wasn’t cleaned properly, shower head was completely nasty, floors were dirty, part of the ceiling looked like it could cave in. Wasn’t at all what I expected to deal with on my birthday weekend. I arrived late that 1st night for check-in messaged the property as soon as I could. Very relieved to find who I spoke to understood and gladly issued me a refund for my second night through . She wasn’t aware of the situation it seemed and apologized and made it right. Little did I know that the next day I would get refunded for the complete stay due to what happened and it being my birthday weekend. I’m very grateful for who I spoke to and their understanding and kindness that was shown! I hope in the future the things she was made aware of will be fixed and corrected for the next guests. Thank you again you Alexis for the kindness! Potential for another try.

Our surf station 3 experience
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a very simple process, the room was as advertised. The parking couldn’t have been easier and I loved how close of a walk to the beach it was. I was very impressed with the price compared to a hotel room.

Carolina Beach
The place was beautiful. Easy access to the beach. 2 parking spaces that were easy to access. Perfect for 2 people, plenty of room. The bed was fabulous, memory foam so no movement transfer. There are a few little things I would fix to make it a 5 star. There were a couple of lights burned out, no lock on the door to the patio, and no towel racks or shelves in the bathroom. Just minor things. My friend and I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it was absolutely perfect. Good nights sleep, quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for the 2 of us.

Very functional and close to the beach
We wanted to take our aging dog to the beach one last time and this was perfect. It is right next to beach access. Parking is right in front of the unit with only a couple stairs to get in. The door code was finicky and we had to often put it in multiple times to get it to work. But other than that it was very clean, functional, and location was great.

The property is located just steps from the ocean which was great! Everything was just as we expected and we really enjoyed our stay.
