Welcome to *High Seas*! A comfortable and spacious cottage 3 blocks from the beach. Natural light illuminates the front of the home as soon as the sun rises. Grab a cup of coffee and take the 3 minute stroll to the beach to start your day with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. Relax inthe living room and enjoy the smart tv, or take care of business in the office with fast wireless internet. The play room is equipped with toys for little ones and games for the whole family. Enjoy the unique artwork and refreshing colors inside the home. Cook a yummy meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy a sunny breakfast at the window side booth while listening to the tropical sound of wind blowing through the palm tree. Each bed has an amazingly soft mattress and fluffy pillows, and if you like to sleep in, there are black out curtains in each bedroom. The twin room is great for kids to share, and the complimentary pack n play fits perfectly between the two twin beds. Each bedroom has a spacious closet and a dresser and there are smart TVs in the queen rooms. The separate laundry room has a top loading washer and front loading dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. The door leading out of the laundry room opens to the side yard where you’ll find the outdoor shower. It’s newly renovated and the perfect spot to rinse off after a day on the sand. The spacious fenced in back yard is where the shed is located where you will find beach chairs and toys. Beach towels are at your disposal and are located in the main bathroom. The white picket fence surrounding the property enhances the homey feel in this quiet family friendly neighborhood. Grab some fresh seafood from Blackburn Brothers, fire up the propane grill and have an evening bbq around the large picnic table on the front deck. Once the sun goes down enjoy gazing at the crystal clear skies where you’ll see many constellations and hopefully a few shooting stars! The experience will be enhanced by the sounds of the ocean that you can hear from the front porch.
