Outstanding walk up 2nd floor, remodeled beachside retreat! Interior laundry, smart TV’s with high speed WIFI and the list goes on! Everything you need, and some you may just like! Enjoy NASA launches, 5 minute walk to beach, 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 5 minute drive to Port Canaveral, 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach, 15 minutes to Space Center, walk to Distillery and Brewery! Great location to relax, work and play! Complex has pool, shower and hose for sandy return to the property!
The space
Relaxation with a little beach, sun and a cool pool! Our well appointed home has been completely renovated! Brand new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, impact windows and doors, etc. There is nice room and storage for an extended stay couples retreat or small family vacation.

Plenty of sleeping in a memory foam mattress on the King Size Pineapple Bed in tastefully decorated main bedroom. Main bedroom has plenty of storage, bedside power outlets, air filtration and oil defuser, along with smart TV.. In addition to main bedroom, an air mattress can be setup in the livingroom!

Kitchen has everything you need and some you will just enjoy!

There are also Beach chairs, towels and toys are available for the walk to the beach..

**We have an additional unit in the complex that may be available for more room, if its available and if needed.. Please inquire!**
Guest access
Guest are welcome to use the pool grill, hose, shower, seating areas located in common areas. Please follow the rules, lower umbrellas and clean up behind yourself and guests.
There is also an additional Laundry room that is available at a cost on the 1st floor, if needed.

Amazing stay near the beach with swimming pool

We were looking for a place close to the beach and with swimming pool and comfortable enough. This place delivered !We enjoyed our time at this place, the apartment was super clean, comfortable and we really felt like home. Communication with owner/property manager was smooth and clear.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was immaculate as well as having everything we could possibly need. The beach is only a short 3-4 min walk away. It’s conveniently a couple minute drive to the port and all of their restaurants, bars, & nightlife as well. Great place for the kiddos too. Mine had a blast. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Nice stay nearby the beach

We booked Derek's appartement for almost 3 Weeks and absolutely loved it. The communication with Derek was uncomplicated and we felt very welcomed through that. This apartment is the best choice, when you're searching for a clean, modern but beachy apartment. The beach is within 5 min by foot and you also have access to a pool if you like. The neighborhood is also quite nice. You just can't not enjoying your stay here. We would definitely recommend this apartment and Derek as a host, and would love to return here someday. The apartment has an AC and all the other things you'll need to have a nice relaxing stay. There are also parasols and beach chairs included (which is very nice if you're coming here by plane and have a limited space in your luggage).

Our schedules can be hectic at time, but we always have an open line of communication in order to provide the best service to our guest. Therefore we have a few people who will be on call to answer questions, in the even we are not available. Guest satisfaction is our top priority and we expect you will see this in our property and communication!
