Outstanding walk up 2nd floor, remodeled beachside retreat! Interior laundry, smart TV’s with high speed WIFI and the list goes on! Everything you need, and some you may just like! Enjoy NASA launches, 5 minute walk to beach, 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport, 5 minute drive to Port Canaveral, 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach, 15 minutes to Space Center, walk to Distillery and Brewery! Great location to relax, work and play! Complex has pool, shower and hose for sandy return to the property!
The space
Our Quiet, cozy home has room for your family with two large bedrooms, equipped with ample storage, smart tvs on the walls, air filtration and oil difusing units along with headboard lights and bedside power. There is also a pull out sofa for any extra visitors.
Beach toys, towels, chairs make walking to the public beach access at the end of the block a breeze! On the return, use the hose by the pool to freshwater wash the equipement and sand off in the grass.
American styled art, and a modern feel make this newly renovated home a true pleasure to relax in for an extended beachside stay. Brand new, well appointed kitchen with large stone island where family can gather with a large pull out bench for seating. New bathroom with new cast iron soaking tub make relaxing and bathing the kids an easy task!
After a long day, turn on the smart tv and tuck the kids into the comfy twin/trundle bed with brand new luxury linens to watch a movie in bed!
The balcony overlooks the pool and courtyard and you may be able to catch a launch if your there at the right time!

Guest are welcome to use the pool grill, hose, shower, seating areas located in common areas. Please follow the rules, lower umbrellas and clean up behind yourself and guests.
There is also an additional Laundry room that is available at a cost on the 1st floor, if needed.

As a family, we love to travel. In our travels we have found what is to be expected as well as what is a nice touch! With these experiences, we have tried to include what is expected as well as what is a nice touch all in one property and hope you enjoy it!

Our schedules can be hectic at time, but we always have an open line of communication in order to provide the best service to our guest. Therefore we have a few people who will be on call to answer questions, in the even we are not available. Guest satisfaction is our top priority and we expect you will see this in our property and communication!
