Perfect for large families and groups. There are 15 different bedding units in the property. Updated furniture. Wi Fi Internet. Use your personal streaming service for tv. Surround sound for tv and indoor and outdoor stereo system. Large porch for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Or fish off the dock located within 50 feet. Local charters or personal boats welcome. Board games and corn hole set on site.
Cargo Elevator installed January 2023.

Boat launch is just 1/2 mile from house. $10-$15 fee I believe.
You are welcome to use a boat slip at our dock. Just be mindful of the professional charter guides that also share the space.

In the event of a verified weather evacuation, even within the 14/7-day VRBO cancellation policy, we will work with you to find dates to reschedule.

Rental Policy/Rules:
Please look over property as soon as you arrive and notify me or photograph any issues you see. Likewise, we understand that things happen.... please notify me if anything gets broken or misplaced during your stay.
Do not jump off the docks and do not swim in the Bayou. There are alligators and the current can be swift at times.
Do not tamper with or remove batteries from any smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Please contact me immediately if one seems to be faulty.
Do not tamper with the fire extinguishers. There is one located under the kitchen cabinet and one in the laundry room. If one is used for any reason, please notify me.
Do not ride on the cargo lift. Please keep the gate closed at all times.
Please ensure that the grill is cooled and cleaned prior to check out and that the grill cover is in place.
