House was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Very roomy. Communication with owner was great! Stayed 1 night before our cruise and explored New Orleans.

Nice house with good sleeping capacity (we had 7) in safe neighborhood but still close to everything. We made good use of tbe well equipped kitchen, Tesla charger, and Keurig! Nice place and we will definitely consider staying here again if back in the area.

The home was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It would be great for families, though we went as a group of friends and it was still just as nice! If you want to be a short drive to the hustle and bustle, but far enough away to get good sleep this is a great option!

We loved and enjoyed everything about the property. No complaints. If I just had to say something that needed attention I would say the back yard furniture. My family enjoys gathering in the back yard; we made it work with no regrets.

We rented as a place to sleep before our carnival cruise. Slept 7 and cooked pizza we got at Walmart for dinner. Meet our needs very well. Host response was very quick.

This house sits in a nice neighborhood, beautiful home! We stayed for 4 days and had no problems with anything. If you're in the area this is the house for you! Steven is extremely friendly and accommodating.

I do not have any complaints about this property. Very quiet neighborhood and the home is lovely. We have a family member that gets chilly when she gets out of the shower. She was happy to know the bathroom ceiling exhaust also blew heat! The property was exactly as listed. The host, Steven, was readily available and always followed up. I hope the home is available for our next visit. Thank you, Steven, for a wonderful stay!

Really nice, cozy home that matched the exact description of the photos shared on the site. Very minor concerns that were easy to be overlooked and resolved before the next booking. Only minutes away from Bourbon street and out of the way of heavy traffic. We loved the extended bar in the kitchen. The owners were very pleasant and responded swiftly. We will definitely stay here again our next visit to New Orleans.

Was in town for my dad’s funeral service. Stayed with my daughter and 3 yr old granddaughter and 7 yr old grandson. Everything was as expected during a rough time. Brought the Babies to the battlefield.
