It was nice but the exit to get to the beach is way to far.We had an 80 yr that can walk but not that far.That is something that I will look at before renting again.

I am only giving 2 stars because we did have a great time as a family. However, the condo needs a lot of work. When we got there the code didn't work and they had to reset it, no big deal, right? We open the door walk and the smoke alarms start going off only in our condo. Southern said they put in a work order. The smoke alarm finally goes off for a few hours and then starts going off again. This happened for almost 16 hours. I continuously reach out to southern, and they keep putting in work orders. Maintenance finally shows up and said is was a wiring issue and they had just installed those smoke alarms the day before we arrived. Also, it's advertised that you get 2 parking spots with this condo, you do not. You get one. We had to pay for extra when we got there. Half of the plug ins did not work. I forgot to mention that when we arrived the stove was on. The kitchen is barely big enough for two people. You have to open the stove to be able to open some of the drawers. The shower head popped off while my mother was in the shower. I asked that southern reach out to the owners to make sure they knew what was going on and southern said they didn't have the owner's information. We LOVE Edgewater and will continue to stay there, but we will never use southern as our host again.

Awesome trip!

The condo was perfect, very clean, updated, great location. Our only complaint would be the sheets on the master bed need to be more of a deep pocket sheet but not a big deal. We definitely plan to stay again. Highly recommend!!

Really Nice Condo - September 2024

Southern Vacations Rentals was really good to communicate with on this rental. We were really pleased with everything. The only problem was the key code would not work for us when we arrived. We paid extra for early check-in, however after a phone call to them, they gave us a new key code and we were able to enter the condo about 20 minutes after arrival. This was the first time we dealt with Southern Vacation Rentals, but we would definitely work with them again. They were very responsive to our phone calls.

Great unit with great views

Awesome stay! My only complaint is there were no supplies, which was conveyed before arrival, but one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom? That was an easy work around though for a great location and property!

Relaxing weekend

We enjoyed our stay and it’s a great location. The condo was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The management company was very responsive and we loved the door coded lock. The view is spectacular and icing on the cake was seeing the Blue Angels from the balcony. Very enjoyable stay!

Family Getaway

Great condo, loved the property and amenities. I would stay here again for sure! The only thing I would say as advice is give the tenant laundry detergent if you want them to wash and dry the towels they use. Shouldn’t have to buy them. Still 5 out of 5!

THANKSGIVING

This property will spoil you...it was more than enough room for the four of us, the view is amazing and the beds were comfortable. The layout of the kitchen is tight and not well thought out, but it is well stocked and was equipped for us to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal. The dishwasher didnt work and property management had someone out to repair within 24 hours. The resort itself is gorgeous, the restaurant onsite is delicious and reasonable, and we loved the pickleball and basketball courts. Wish it was cheeper during the summer season because it has ruined all the other options!
