Four Bedroom Lakehouse on Winnepesaukee. Waterview, beach, and lots of parking.

Cozy lake house on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Waterview camp 2/10 of a mile from an 1100 foot community beach and playground. Great for families, couples, or get togethers with friends. Perfect for swimming, kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, icefishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and more. Two miles from Castle in the clouds. Plenty of parking for cars and snowmobiles. Boat parking in driveway and two boat launches nearby. Outdoor shower and fire pit in season.

The space
Great place for summer or winter fun! Plenty of room to spread out or hang together. Large screened in porch with two daybeds and two tables perfect for game playing.
Guest access
House, shed, and driveway access. Access to a beautiful public beach 2/10 of a mile away. We also provide a Parking pass for States Landing Beach ( a four minute drive).

Other things to note
Duralogs only in the indoor fireplace. We supply one log for each night of your stay. We supply limited firewood for the outdoor fire pit. There is plenty of wood to gather on the property and places close by to buy it.

Nice get away with family

We enjoyed our stay at this really nice house overlooking lake winnepesake The kids enjoyed the beach and park that was nearby. Cynthia was very helpful and accommodating we enjoyed the fire pit and the nice porch out front

fun family weekend on the Lake

We had pleasurable weekend on the lake.The rental is perfect for large family outing.Plenty of beds and a well stocked kitchen along with plenty of games for the kids to play if it rains. The only draw back is the lack of washer and dryer.

Wedding weekend

What a great place! Relaxing on the screen porch was great, we didn’t need to be inside at all. We had drinks around the fire one night listening to the loons on the lake. Great spot to walk, though we didn’t get to use the lake we took several walks there. My daughter and her boyfriend who weren’t involved in wedding festivities hiked a mountain and visited the loon center. Would love to come back when we have more time to relax, kayak and swim.

Laconia Bike Week

Great location! Walking distance to the lake. Property is nice. But if on a motorcycle, the driveway is dirt and stone. We all had fun and house was great. Host was laid back and responded quickly.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our wooded lot is ideally situated near our community beach and just one mile from a town beach for beautiful sunsets. We are located at the quieter end of Lake Winnepesaukee. It’s perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. It’s a great neighborhood for daily walks or bike rides. Lots of summer and winter activities are just a short drive away.
