Groveport Resort consists of 10 waterfront cabins. The property has 500+ ft. of shoreline, two boat docks, a boat launch, firepits, and a waterfront bar & grill. All of this in a protected cove on beautiful Grand Lake O' the Cherokees. We're also located within the city limits of Grove, Oklahoma near dining, shopping and attractions.

Peaceful Stay

We stayed here for a highschool fishing tournament. Was a peaceful stay right on the water. Has its own dock, boat ramp and boat slip. Duplex was cute and clean with plenty of room for a family. Also has a swimming pool great for kiddos. Owner was friendly and super helpful!

This was a fantastic place for our family of 6 for 4 days. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was immaculate and the owner was on site without being nosey or overbearing. The only thing i would recommend would be more kitchen essentials. We will definitely be back!

Great location and price

Needed it for a 1 night stay for a fishing tournament. Close to Wolf Creek ramp and good restaurants. Clean and updated. Great value.

Amazing views

This was a great spot for our short stop over, the views of the lake are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside! The place was a perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 kids)

Overall good stay

Boys were there for a fishing tournament. They reported clean, good location, boat parking, and, "the peoperty manager was cool. He was available and let us in after 11pm."

Book It Now!

We were in town for a ladies golf tournament and wanted a place to sit by water in evening and have short drive the next morning to Shangri-La. This waterfront condo was perfect! The comfort level is off the charts, one of the cleanest VRBO's I've stayed at on a lake. This would also be great for a fishing trip, there are boat docks within walking distance and a pool a few steps from your porch.. If you need anything from town, it's a short drive. Our stay was great and we will definitely book again in the future.

Newly remodeled. The owner has put in a lot of work to make the place nice. It was clean with every thing you could ask for. He was extremely nice and did everything to make our stay great. Great location

Everything we needed

Communication and check-in was easy! The location was great. The property had a launch ramp, docking slips, and fueling station right there. The Duplex was clean and just as described. It worked great for all 6 of us. There is also a deck on the duplex for evening sitting and a pool. Will definitely keep this property listing for our next stay.

WOW! Fantastic

First of all, the great customer service from Rick great. he kept me informed with updates of our arrival. The room was over the top, clean, thick towels, stocked kitchen with all that would be needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Rick lived on site and was ready to meet all needs. The pool was clean and the surrounding yard was very well taken care of. My family and i will definitely be back and will tell others of this great experience. Thanks Rick. LeeG

Good two Night Stay

This two night vacation in the windy, cool weather of March was a spontaneous, quick decision. The area was close to where we wanted to explore with an adequate and up close view of the lake. The cabin was clean and we made use of the covered porch for our meals. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking. The beds were comfortable enough, but sounds of walking and TV could be heard next door. Wi-Fi and a smart TV for a late movie rounded out our needs. The nearby busy road produced some traffic noise, but the plentiful birds, geese and ducks provided enough nature sounds to help drown out the noise. Our last night was somewhat interrupted by a large truck that kept coming and going through the night. One thing I would suggest is that the manager move the RV which blocks a good portion of the lake view. Still, it was a nice enough view with access to the dock. The owner has put a lot of time and energy into creating an affordable, inviting space. He even let us stay a bit longer for checkout. Overall, the weekend staying there and exploring the area was a winner.
