With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, Nice big screen tv for movies and your stay will be stress-free when you get to sit in the hot tub at night over looking the lake or in the cool of the morning. Big full kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. take a stroll down the steps to the lake to fish off the rock ledge. enjoy a campfire in the firepit on the hillside patio. The boat ramp and marina are 1 mile from the house. plenty of parking if you a boat. Enjoy Grand lake Casino in a 1 mile drive, DG close by and convenient store. take a drive into the town of Grove Oklahoma with all your shopping amenities within a 12 minute drive and tons of restaurants nearby. We're happy to assist with any questions. EVENTS:: We do allow events at an EXTRA COST. Please message me here on the inquiry for that information. All Events must be approved and have event insurance for the day/days of the event and show proof of the insurance. We can accommodate Weddings, Birthdays, Bachelor and bachelorette parties, Anniversary’s, reunions, meetings, dance parties, graduation parties. You name it. This was the perfect place for our Christmas family gathering! We stayed here to meet up with my oldest son and grandbaby, and it couldn't have been better. The home provided a wonderful space for us to enjoy dinner together and spend quality time playing games.The accommodations were clean and comfortable – we all slept well before heading back home the next day. Everything was just as described, and the location worked perfectly for our needs.Highly recommend this property for family gatherings or anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Nice place. Has great stocked kitchen. Lots of room and options for kids. Only drawback was no bathroom on second floor.

Perfect fit for our crew. 2 trundle beds for the 4 kids, and 2 queens upstairs. Hot tub overlooking the lake with holiday lights on many houses. The pictures tell the story. Very nice accommodations, painted concrete foors downstairs help when getting out of the hot tub in freezing outside temps. Everyting we needed for a fantastic visit was supplied.

It was comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Wouldn’t hurt to list which driveway renters are to use so it’s not confusing when driving directions for the address lead them to the west entrance, but directions on the inside say to use the trash cans at the north entrance. Either way it feels like you’re driving across someone’s yard and no one wants to be disrespectful to the neighbors. Great time, well worth it!

The stay was ok. There were no tvs in the bedrooms so we had to sleep in the living room. Every morning we were woken up by the nuts falling from the trees above and that was incredibly frustrating. It sounded like rocks were being thrown at the building repeatedly and it was very hard to sleep. Quite a bit of bugs and spider webs everywhere and the doors were not sealed so it let light/cold air/bugs in. It would’ve been nice to not be so close to the owners home and the hot tub should really be covered or some kind of fence for privacy. Other than that our stay was decent and the view was ok minus some trees in the way of really seeing all of the beauty. Would most likely not return.

Beautiful bardominium plenty of room if you have a big family. We spent our anniversary there. Three days. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake the host was very easy to work with. Very peaceful. Will stay there again. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.

LOTS and LOTS of spiders and spiderwebs inside. Let’s just say if you’re terrified of spiders, this may not be the place for you. We slept downstairs because it was just too hot (August) to sleep upstairs in the bedrooms even though there were a few box fans going.The view was 5 amazing, the outdoor space was 5 awesome, and the host was quick in responding to my many questions!

The view of the lake is great. We were there during some 100 degree days so the upper rooms were warm until after dark but fans were provided to try and circulate the air. The rest of the space was nice and cool. We bought some tubes at the store and walked down to the rock ledge and floated there in the lake. The home itself is a metal building with some gaps at doors and roof line. If you are weary of insects, flies, spiders, or wasps then you may want some additional deterrents. There was a fly swatter there and we had some insect spray so we were not bothered by any of that. We lounged by the patio at night to watch the stars and saw shooting stars and satellites. The patio overlooking the lake is a big highlight.

Birthday Party

Has great view and lots of space for 40 people at a 2 year old birthday party. And the owner is very helpful making sure we have everything we need for our guest attending to the party. We'll be back again next year.

The cabin was 3 stars, due to spider webs in every nook and cranny inside, and multiple spiders living in some of the webs. This was our time staying in a barn conversion and I was expecting rustic, but not bugs. It’s understandable, considering you could see daylight under the barn doors. So just giving others a heads up that if you’re afraid of spiders, you don’t want to stay here. The lake view is so beautiful that I would give it five stars. Absolutely gorgeous view, brand new patio for watching the sun set or boats cruise by. Quiet location, away from town. Driveway is across from an rv park. Property has multiple travel trailers and small homes built on it, next to the cabin, so it feels more like a campground than a cabin.

The location is beautiful - the view from the deck and the patio are wonderful!We ate outside for every meal. They have multiple spots to relax outside. We sat by the fire pit one night and stargazed. The hot tub is wonderful any time of the day! I would recommend to anyone!

Quiet neighborhood property over looks the lake and is so beautiful day or night with all the lights around the lake. Great place to watch the fireworks and enjoy watching boaters have a blast. There are neighbors but it is peaceful
