Welcome to Theta Hill Cabin! Built in 2023! A charming cozy, modern cabin in a rural setting with a small town vibe. One acre wooded, fenced with fire pit and grill, fountains, and a hiking trail. A perfect get away for family and friends! Centrally located 15 minutes to Leiper’s Fork, 20 minutes to downtown Franklin, 15 minutes to Spring Hill, 20 minutes to downtown Columbia, and 35 minutes South of Nashville. When you arrive, the pathway lights lead you to the charming curtained porch with lots of seating, fountains, a fan and twinkle lights. Enter the coded door, and instantly you will feel right at home! The spacious living room has several gathering areas.

Main Level:
*King Bedroom with giant four poster bed & dreamy twinkle lights, sound machine, and small library of books, and a work station desk, and seating area. *attached full Bathroom with small claw foot tub, and walk in glass shower, with cozy spa robes! This bathroom also attaches to hallway.
*Laundry room with detergent, bleach, dryer sheets
*Living Room 55” tv with Spectrum tv, several channels, & Netflix, and other streaming.
*High speed Spectrum internet Wi-Fi
*Wii gaming
*Board games, puzzles, cards
*Full custom kitchen, pots, pans, full place settings, ready for casual to formal dining. Instacart & Door Dash deliverable.
*Kitchen bar dining

*Spacious back deck with outdoor dining table, and seating, LED fountain, fan with mist option. It overlooks an active bird feeding station. 3 outdoor Blink cameras for security (off during guest stays).

*Bedroom #3 The Hunting Cabin Room with 3 full size beds, and a hunting & fishing theme. Large closet for extended stay. This room really feels like an upscale Hunting Camp!
*Full Bathroom with spacious glass shower & cozy spa robes!

Friends hunting junk!
We came to Nashville for the Great Junk Hunt. There were 5 of us and we were all very impressed with the cabin! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The check-out process was the easiest of all the places I’ve stayed. Definitely would stay again and would recommend it to friends and family looking for a place to stay in that area.

This cabin sits right in the center of this tall, towering hill, in a tiny, quaint village of North Maury County. It is one acre of beautiful mature indigenous trees, on a rolling slope with an incredible breathtaking mountain view as you walk down through the wooded acre. One thing I especially love about this place is since it is atop one of the highest points in Maury county, it is always super sunny, so the deck is the perfect spot to be!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property has been in my family for generations, and the original hand hewn log cabin that once stood there, was one of the very first homes built in this tiny hilltop village! We retained the original logs, and reassembled them in the exact original spot, and built this all wood cabin in 2024. In the bathroom, you will find the original hand carved cabin door used as decor. It is decorated with antiques to retain it’s original personality and charm. It is designed to be super cozy with a home away from home feel!
