Our 3 bed, 2 bath ranch-style home is centrally located (12 min to downtown Franklin, 30 minutes to Nashville and easy access to the highway). Yet, it is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood and has a large, private backyard space, with a fire pit, hot tub, grill, and screened in back porch with a fireplace.



The perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. It is a ranch style home with no stairs to climb inside the home. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.



Sleeping Arrangements: All three bedrooms are on the same side of the house, down a hallway, off of the dining room. As you walk down the hallway you will pass the guest bathroom before heading straight into the primary suite. The primary suite has a comfortable king bed with its own ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms are across from each other and both of queen beds.



Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our newly renovated home, with all new furnishings will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.



Our home is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.



A $500 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.

Fantastic property!

The property is clean and spacious! They have thought of everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The screened porch was a great place to relax with our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. Parking in the garage was an added bonus, especially since it was raining when we were packing up to leave.

What an amazing home. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! We didn't need anything but our groceries. The home was clean and the location was perfect. This is our new place to stay when we come back to Nashville. I will also be looking at their other location where ever I travel to next. Great experience and the best VRBO we have stayed at. Lovely home

We had our annual girls trip here this weekend and everything was perfect! The home was convenient to everything in Franklin but not right in town which was nice. The hot tub and provided beach towels were also fabulous. Your thoughtfulness of having both form and soft pillows was wonderful too! What a lovely relaxing weekend!

A little piece of Heaven.

We loved our stay! We were looking for a week of relaxation and LOTS of down time and this property provided both on so many ways! From game nights around the wonderful dining room table, late night talks on the back porch or relaxing in the hot tub we soaked in every second! The host was always quick to reply if we had any questions and we felt completely welcomed! We visit this area often and have found our new home away from home! Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Oasis

Absolutely beautiful! The beds were so comfy and the house was spacious. The neighborhood was in the perfect location. Food delivery services were available. The hot tub was amazing and huge! The property owner was quick to respond when I had a little trouble with the lock. Over-all Lovely and peaceful.

Perfect peaceful getaway!

We loved our mother-daughter stay at Birdsong. The property was in a well-kept, quiet residential area, and we really enjoyed the country feel of the large lot. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was great to have it available. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our weekend visit. An easy 5 minute drive to a Publix for supplies and just under 10 minutes to historic downtown Franklin - it was perfect for us! Communication with the host was very prompt and easy - thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Franklin stay

We came to Franklin to visit our friends who live here. We absolutely loved the place. More than comfortable for our family of four. We used the fire place in the covered porch some and it made it so cozy for one of the rainy days we had. We will definitely rent from this host again, if it does become available. We have several friends that have moved here and this was a perfect location for us!

The house and stay were fine. House owner very nice. We were disappointed that there was no Christmas decorations at all for our Christmas stay. Trash can was overflowing when we got there, so it was difficult to add our trash of 4 days to include Christmas. But, we did it and took it to the curb as instructed. Overall, everything worked out well.

Great house, great location

Five of us stayed at this house during the Thanksgiving holiday and it was a perfect holiday for us all! House is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal, was clean and gave us the space we needed to spread out. The double ovens and gas stove worked great. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Property is as seen in pictures and described. We used the hot tub every evening and screened porch off the back of the house with fireplace was super cozy. House is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from old town Franklin and freeways, 5 minutes to Berry Farms neighborhood that has a Publix grocery story and restaurants, 10-12 minutes to all other areas of Franklin and 25 min drive to Nashville. Owners are easy to work. Highly recommend!

Absolute Perfection

My family and I had a wonderful vacation, in a beautiful home. I was impressed by the cleanliness of everything, from the porch to the bathrooms, and everything in between. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil that you may need, and some you won't need. I forgot my meat thermometer, so I was a bit sad, but, no worries, there was one there. The hot tub looked inviting, but the weather had different plans in mind for us, it was just a tad bit too cold for us to use it. The kitchen alone is a great rental feature alone. Beautiful 5 burner gas stove and a full-size double oven is more than you will need for any vacation. Plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses for you to use. We didn't have to clean as we go in regard to place settings, just put in the dishwasher and use some more. Overall, it was quiet and charming. Very easy to get to from any interstate or highway. Plenty of shopping or restaurants within 4 miles, and a nice Publix just 2 miles away. I would not hesitate to rebook this property again. I understand that they have 30 properties in the Nashville area. I would definitely look at all of their properties if they are as gorgeous as this one.
