Wonderful Getaway

We truly enjoyed the break from the daily routine at home. We especially appreciated the rockers on the balcony while relaxing to the ocean sound & just enjoying the beauty of what God created.

Great stay at Ocean Villa.

Property is easy to get around, quick access to beach. Condo was perfect for us. Comfortable recliners, sufficient storage, great patio furniture. Will be back.

It was just as it was pictured. The view from the balcony of the ocean was gorgeous! There was a lack in dishes but with just 2 of us we were ok.

Gorgeous view!

Everything was great, except for one issue. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. This condo can room 6 people. There were only 5 or 6 drinking glasses. 5 plates and 4 bowls. Wasn't enough for the 2 of us to stay for a week. Please add more kitchen ware for future guests.

Great property, great views, great neighborhood, great A/C unit. Great balcony with awesome furnishings. Unit is get a bit worn out and in need of repair. Holes in some walls. Bathroom towel bar was riddled with holes in the wall where it had been repositioned a number of times. 3.5/5

Beautiful!!

The condo was clean.The views were breathtaking!! The living room and patio furniture were extremely comfortable! The pool area is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our 10 day stay and will be back!! Highly recommend! Things to note: There is a ring camera on the door that was not disclosed in condo description (not sure if it was on during our stay). There are no shades/curtains in living room. The master bedroom has a sheer curtain-would recommend black out curtains or shade!

Clean and fresh

Was clean had what was needed . Needs curtains cant see tv when sun out , drapes in bedroom are see through and falling off the wall . One bed wasn't made sheets were left but i didn't go on vacation to make beds , that made me mad ! cooking stuff was lacking but enough to get by .

Ocean villa 2106

Great location, parking is good. Property manager was very responsive. Living room furniture is very wore out. Could have been cleaner. Mattress had huge urine stains and blood stains, but the manager sent someone to clean same day. I had to wash mattress pad which was also urine stained.Patio furniture very comfortable. Drapes would be a nice addition so you could see the tv when the sun shines in. Workout center is sub par.

Beautiful

Check in and pool access was the only issues we had on this trip. Upon arrival the door code did not work. We were able to get it reset by calling guest services. There were no parking permits in the condo (as stated in the email) I had to call and they did send someone out to deliver them. The check in instructions did not include a code for the gate to the pool or the gate to come back in from the beach. It took awhile to get that code, however we did eventually get it sent via text. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The condo was very clean. Excellent location! The bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!!

Lack of property knowledge

Upon arriving we noticed that a code was needed for access to the pool, ocean, and fitness area so I contacted Southern Vacation Rental to obtain the code but was told that they were not aware of a code being needed for any access. We ultimately got the code from another resident.

For the money, I’d go somewhere else

The room was clean and nice looking. We liked the reclining chairs in the living room. We didn’t like the master mattress or pillows and the fact that there’s no curtains in the living area and sheer curtains in the bedroom. Not great for afternoon naps or sleeping in. The sinks don’t drain well. Parking is not ideal, especially if you’re not lucky enough to find a spot below in the parking garage, you have to go across the street. Southern rentals got us our parking passes finally on the last day after days of us telling them we didn’t have any passes in our room. I’m glad we didn’t get towed. Also, there’s no actual number on the door fyi it just says private, so it took us a bit to figure out.

Labor day last minute vacay

We decided to head to the beach as a last minute get away.... I was surprised to find any availability! A friend of ours had stayed at this property before not the same unit, He really enjoyed it and told us to book with ocean villa. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed the pool and spa.... Also it was a great time on the beach.... I felt very safe here... My only complaint is when we left I had requested late check out at noon.... In our code stopped working at 1030-11am. Had I not been in the unit while my husband was loading the car we would have been locked out without our things.....besides that we cooked almost all our meals in the decently eqipped kitchen , nice having basically home away from home! We will be back!! Also definitely interested in the investment side of these units!

Room was just as pictured on listing. Check in was very easy and we were able to check in an hour early with no extra fees. Any issues I had, they were resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view of the ocean and nice furniture on the balcony.
