Bienvenue à 2001 Ocean Villa, situé au coeur de la plage de Panama City!
Si vous et vos invités êtes à la recherche de détente ou de divertissement avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et le son des vagues, ne cherchez pas plus loin que 2001 Ocean Villa! Ce condo en bord de mer est situé au 20ème étage de Ocean Villa, un bâtiment de 23 étages, et constitue une unité du West End offrant une vue dégagée à 180 degrés sur la célèbre plage de Panama City!

Le balcon est surdimensionné (plus de 200 m²) et vous vous retrouverez à passer beaucoup de temps sur le balcon à savourer votre café du matin tout en regardant les dauphins et les raies pastenagues dans le Golfe ou en sirotant un verre le soir couchers de soleil. Le balcon se prolonge vers le golfe du Mexique, créant une magnifique vue sur les vagues et le coucher du soleil du golfe chaque nuit.
Vous trouverez de nombreuses attractions pour enfants et des restaurants à proximité. Vous pourrez également vous rendre au rez-de-chaussée et profiter des deux grandes piscines (dont une chauffée en saison), du hammam ou du jacuzzi. Vous pouvez également accéder à la plage via une porte privée avec un code clé de porte sécurisée depuis la terrasse de la piscine.

Le condo est spacieux, avec deux chambres, chacune avec salle de bain privée. Il y a une télévision à écran plat 55 pouces dans le salon avec un canapé et une grande causeuse. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une grande porte coulissante en verre sur le balcon avec une télévision montée directement en face du lit. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit superposé surdimensionné (matelas standard au niveau inférieur du lit superposé et matelas double de taille normale sur le lit du haut). Il y a aussi un lit queen size dans la chambre et une commode pour placer les vêtements de vos invités. La chambre d'amis dispose également d'une télévision et d'un lecteur DVD. Le condo peut accueillir 9 personnes confortablement.

Piscine intérieure / extérieure. 2 grandes piscines, une chauffée. Sauna, hammam et spa / bain chaud sur la propriété du condo. Grils à gaz disponibles pour les barbecues! Accès facile à la plage!

Ce condo est idéalement situé sur Front Beach Road et à moins de 8 km du parc marin Gulf World, Pier Park et Miracle Strip Amusement Park. Le musée Ripleys, WonderWorks, le parc COBRA Adventure Park et le zoo de Panama City sont tous situés à moins de 3 km du condo. Un hypermarché Wal-Mart est à 3 minutes du condo sur Front Beach Road.

Le condo est décoré (voir photos) avec mobilier de plage et comprend des équipements (notés ci-dessous) pour que les clients se sentent comme à la maison. Les jours nuageux ou pluvieux ne sont pas un problème avec la télévision par câble à écran plat dans les deux chambres et le salon pour vous divertir et un lecteur DVD dans le salon avec une vaste bibliothèque de DVD (plus de 75 DVD dans le condo) pour film. Une boîte ROKU est également connectée au téléviseur afin que vous puissiez regarder Netflix, Amazon Prime Video et d'autres canaux de diffusion en streaming en vous connectant avec les informations de votre compte personnel.

Le condo a GRATUIT: WIFI Internet (protégé par mot de passe), télévision par câble avec lecteur DVD et Movie Library. Une laveuse-sécheuse est située à l'intérieur du condo. Cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle tous situés dans le condo. La cuisine comprend également une cafetière, un grille-pain, un mixeur et toute la vaisselle / couverts et les ustensiles de service dont vous avez besoin pour nourrir une famille affamée ou préparer un repas spécial.

Lits: 1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 1 canapé-lit, lits superposés pour 2 et 2 salles de bain complètes.

Ce condo est joliment décoré et je suis fier de vous fournir un endroit relaxant. S'il vous plaît traiter l'appartement comme vous traiteriez votre propre maison et en prendre soin et les meubles afin que le prochain invité puisse en profiter!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent, with grocery stores and plenty of restaurants just a short drive away. Everything was awesome. Location, view, amenities, access to the beach. My party of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 2 to 9) had everything we could possibly need. Bill is a great host and his condo was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beach and pool needs. I will definitely book again. He even provided property wristbands for my brother and sis in law who stayed at a different property.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were minutes away from restaurants, attractions, anything we needed. The condo is right on the beach which made things incredibly easy with kids. This is an easy "stay here" review. Bill is extremely thorough and makes sure you get the best experience possible. Super clean and fully loaded condo. We could have brought 80% less than we did and been completely fine. View from the massive balcony is untouchable. Beach access was extremely easy and the pool area is very nice. Would recommend to any family looking for an amazing condo with an equally as great host.

This condo is a very nice clean and well kept place. The owner Bill is very meticulous about making every part of your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. He has everything you need there for cooking, feeling comfortable, going to the beach including some nice chairs to relax on the beach in. Bill has everything labeled with instructions in case you’re wondering where things are located or how something operates. It’s an awesome end unit with a really nice balcony where I spent every evening until late enjoying the nice gulf breeze 20 stories up. You won’t be disappointed by renting this condo unit. We’ll be contacting Bill again when we return to PCB for any future trips. Thank you Bill !

William was a FANTASTIC host. The property description was on point, and the kitchen was the best stocked condo I've ever visited. Any appliance you can think of was available. The condo was decorated brightly, with blue and purple bath towels, not the standard white hotel type. The balcony view was outstanding, giving a view of the beach/ocean, but also a view of the nightlife from the side of the building. The living room had a huge TV for times when rain hits. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Bill is a superior communicator with excellent attention to detail! He takes great pride in his condo (for good reason- it's so lovely and comfortable!) and in his role as a host. Bill made every consideration when furnishing his condo. From plenty of family games and books to extra blankets, pillows, and even floor fans, my crew wanted for nothing during our stay. He even thoughtfully included a closet stocked with toys and items for beachgoers of various ages, and he allowed guests to use his beach towels, a touch that truly shows a heart of service. Equal to his attention to detail was Bill's communication. He gave excellent instructions and offered helpful tidbits prior to the visit, and he checked in on our family a few times to be sure all was well, especially given that our visit took place during a slight weather event. We also appreciated that he had labeled just about everything around the place, making it easy to find and return items as needed, and left lists of fun activities and restaurants in PCB, noting his favorite recommendations. Given Bill's pride in his role as host, it was no surprise that we found the condo very clean and comfortable. We also spent lots of our time enjoying the ocean view from the impressive balcony. Guests will be hard-pressed to find a host or site that meets their needs for R and R better than this listing!

The condo was just as described. It had everything my son, grandson, and I needed during our stay, and a lot of small kitchen appliances that we didn't need or use.The condo was very clean! Bill was great to work with! We spoke for an hour a few days before we left Indiana. He went over everything needed to know about the condo and building, and we talked about restaurants, Walmart location, etc. We kept in touch during the trip down, he provided updates as to when the condo would be available for us to get into after cleaning, and checked in after we had gotten in the condo to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I had a couple of questions during our stay, and Bill responded immediately.It was our first trip to PCB, and being on the beach was the primary focus. Considering the fact that I really knew very little about PCB (did speak with a friend who has been many times before our trip), I thought the location was excellent. LOVED being directly on the beach. Other than Thursday morning when the air just wasn't moving a lick, even on the beach, the breeze on the balcony was Wonderful!!There was, as Bill had told me, lots of items in the "beach closet". While I had brought 2 beach chairs, we used 3 from the closet. Teenage grandson had no interest in all the MANY toys in the closet. So much seaweed in the water was a big disappointment, but that was Mother Nature's fault. I would definitely recommend the condo to anyone coming to PCB.

Perfect winter getaway

The warm pool, massive hot tub, beach and dvd collection made this the perfect little hideaway, getaway for our family!!!!

Great location! Clean property! Great Host!

Everything was easy from time of booking to trip! Bill the host was great with communication. Location was great, views were phenomenal, the ease of getting in and out of complex was even great. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

What a fantastic place to stay! The location, decor, and furnishings were excellent. We spent three weeks here, and couldn’t have been happier. The landlord was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Loving life and the beach! Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, I have always cherished my time in Panama City Beach. My family vacationed here every year when I was growing up, and I still love this beautiful destination as an adult.
