Updated with care, ranch style house set upon 1/2 acre of land with 6 foot fully fenced in backyard.

Cozy basement entertainment area with a foosball table, a flat screen TV and sectional couch. Board games in the upstairs game closet. Play pen style gate and age appropriate toys available upon request.

Traveling for business? The third bedroom is converted to an office space that can also be used as a massage room/Reiki room. Simply reach out for our hand picked masseuse and Reiki practitioner(s).

The description of the property was spot on, exactly as described. The location is great, nice quiet neighborhood, amenities very close by. The owner was prompt to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this rental, 10 out of 10.

It was a very nice place to stay while in the area. Grass was long when my dogs and I got there, but was mowed the next day. The internet was spotty, but that was the provider

Excellent, clean property with many nice amenities. The proximity of the house to our destinations was perfect. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The host was very accommodating with our dog staying with us. The only negative would be that the third bedroom is an air mattress instead of a regular bed.

Grandma visited

Perfect spot. Close to things in Johnston and DesMoines. House was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed my month stay. Host provided an extra bed to accommodate my grandchildren. Just perfect. Would stay again.

Clean and Comfortable!

The Johnston house was perfect! The house itself is clean, comfortable, well stocked and conveniently located to restaurants, highway access, etc. (and yet locat in a cute, quiet neighborhood). The hosts were welcoming and great communicators. We’d definitely stay here again!

Ballin’ in Des Moines

Went to playin the National Senior Games 3 on 3 basketball tournament in Des Moines. My young adult daughter and another player stayed in this home. It was a vey clean, cute, amd quaint little home. Had everything we needed. We won the bronze medal so we will call it the home of Champions!

Loved It!

We loved the house: quiet neighborhood, big fenced yard, and super clean. It was perfect for our family get together since Des Moines is central meeting spot for us. We enjoyed it so much, we immediately started talking about coming back.

A Great Stay

We had adults and little kids for a weekend getaway stay at the house and it was perfect! The house was a good size, the back patio/backyard was great, and the games in the basement were perfect for the kids. The house was clean and the host gave us good recommendations for things to do. We walked down to the new Johnston City Center and played at the splash pad all day and saw a concert at night.

Comfy Beds!!

Very clean property. The dogs loved the back yard. It is fully fenced and large. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe, quite and lots of people were out every day and evening walking their dogs.

Anniversary Get away

This property is very clean and well maintained. We picked this location because it is pet friendly. The yard is large and fenced in. The host had pet supplies ( water and food dishes, poop bags and a bone) It is also kid friendly ( games, books and a basement with air hockey and foosball table) Stephen is quick to respond with any questions. It was our Anniversary weekend and Stephen and Shelby gifted us a bottle of wine and roses. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Nice little neighborhood to start and stop your day. House felt like home away from home. Managers were very helpful in everyway. Less than 30 mins from pretty much everything and back to peace and quiet.

Iowa Nice

We stayed a full week here, which was over our daughter’s birthday and the fair. The owners went absolutely above and beyond and left her a gift and party supplies so we could have a little backyard barbecue for her with our local friends and family. Everything was super clean and the rooms were well appointed. We had everything we needed. A+ communication.

Johnston house stay

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. We had to go to Des Moines for wrestling and it was just the right distance away to where it didn’t take too long to go back and forth and we could have some down/quiet time in between. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The yard would have been perfect if we would have brought our dog, we will have to the next time! We will definitely come back.

Homely cozy

This house was perfect for our stay. We brought our two giant schnauzer dogs, there was plenty of room in the house and outside in the back yard for them. They provided some amenities, and necessities for our stay which really helped out. They left dog treats, food and water bowls and a toy for our fur babies, as well as cute new year glasses to wear for New Year’s Eve. If I was told I had to complain about anything, the shower is very small and the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispenser is in a terrible location in the shower. It makes it hard to move around to wash your face and hair. Other than that this was a very pleasant stay! Thank you for everything!

This is a beautiful house, equiped with all you need. The hos was great when I told them I was going to have my children come home for Christmas. They put up a Christmas tree and decorations.
