Take a 2 mile drive to Jester Park Equestrian center or 3 miles to the water park or a short drive to several golf courses. House is 2 miles from Polk City, 5 miles to Johnston, 4 miles to Grimes area. All have restaurants, bars, grocery shopping & convenience stores.
Kitchen is well stocked with coffee maker & filters, toaster, mixer & bowls, nice silverware, stainless cooking pots, real dishes, glasses & stemware. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, washcloths, soap & shampoo. Due to severe allergies this is a no animal property with no exceptions. The entire property is non smoking. There is no wifi or internet or cable.
