I don't use Vrbo very often, so I was probably a bit high maintenance to the hosts - however, they were very easy to get a hold of and responded each time almost immediately which was super helpful. The house was clean and well maintained, very comfortable spot. I would certainly stay with these hosts again.

Great Family Spring Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gem of a house. The backyard was an oasis and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing and enjoying the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown Gilbert.

Great house for friends

We stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. It’s perfect for a 4 some since we each had our own bedroom. The hot tub was also really nice after a long day of golfing. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this home was a “10”. Such a beautiful place with lots of room. Back area with pool was fantastic and the Cabana was much larger than we thought. Very nice eating outdoors or just chilling Management team very responsive. Can’t say enough about the entire experience

Get getaway spot in Gilbert

We decided to take a little staycation for the end of summer and this house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed to grill, cook and relax by the pool in this beautiful backyard which was perfectly fenced in for our dog to join us worry free. Highly recommend staying here. The management team was incredibly responsive and attentive.

Communication and cleanliness was good. Very few amenities for a group of 8 adults. Missing instructions for managing hot tub and pool water feature. Misc broken furniture and debris pilled in garage, not ideal.

We made a last minute change to stay in Phoenix area and the property was just what we needed. Pool and hot tub were perfect, the communication with the manager was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cute house

Overall this was a good stay. But I was not happy that the pool wasn't heated and required a 75 fee per night to heat it. I feel like for what I was paying (a lot) that should have been included. That was really disappointing. Also the house isn't very well stocked with kitchen supplies and there are not enough hand towels or shower towels at all.

Picturesque Place to Stay

Was in town for a wedding and chose to stay here with two other couples. So wonderful having the pool and cabana in the backyard. Do note that the manager charges extra ($75/night when we stayed) to heat the hot tub and pool (if necessary). The place was clean and a good place to hide from the Arizona sun. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and gives tranquil vibes in the desert heat. Super hot this week, and an evening dip in the pool was perfect. The home was as described and super cute. Fit our family of 6 with room to spare!

Graduation with Out of Town Family

The property was really nice and spacious with enough room for the seven of us. I will say the primary room absolutely needs a ceiling fan and a new mattress. The pool and spa were clean and very nice. Downtown Gilbert had some great restaurants and a cool brewery to visit!

Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice but could have been cleaned a little better. The pool was great, but the water feature wasn’t able to be used. The master gets warm in the evenings so a ceiling fan could be a nice add! But overall, this was a nice house!!
