Maison unique 5/3 avec des meubles en cuir / marbre, piano / cave à vin, 47 peintures à l'huile / photos / miroirs, 19 tapis. Situé à 1 à 5 km de Layton Lakes et de 3 terrains de golf et 2 parcs à Gilbert / Chandler dans la région du Grand Phoenix. Pas de piscine chauffée, mais si vous en avez besoin, vous pouvez visiter ma autre maison qui offre un accès complet GRATUIT aux installations du McCormick at Scottsdale Resort, notamment une piscine chauffée à 85 degrés, des kayaks, des canoës, des vélos, des cannes à pêche et des jeux extérieurs, un court , Volleyball de sable.

Entièrement meublé 5 chambres / 3 salles de bains complète située à la limite de Gilbert et Chandler sur le côté sud-est de Phoenix et Scottsdale. Il y a deux salons. Le salon intérieur dispose d'un canapé sectionnel Ashley en cuir de 6 pièces avec 3 fauteuils inclinables. Le salon extérieur a deux canapés en cuir Ashley, un piano, un bureau formel, un centre de divertissement. Une chambre et une salle de bain situées en bas, quatre chambres et deux salles de bains situées à l'étage. La salle à manger est située entre la cuisine et le salon. L'arrière-cour a 3 tables, 10 chaises, un sectionnel 5-pc, un foyer. Deux matelas King et deux matelas Queen sont fabriqués par Sealy, un matelas Queen est fabriqué par Stearns & Foster. Il y a cinq téléviseurs avec ROKU express (plus de 3000 canaux). Trois sont dans les chambres, deux dans les salons. Tous les meubles sont fabriqués par des marques célèbres, la plupart sont neufs, certains sont de mes autres maisons. Les terrains de golf à proximité sont: Bear Creek Golf Complex, Séville Golf & Country Club, Trilogy Golf Club à Power Ranch. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes seulement, cependant, nous avons 10 chaises (en 3 séries), en plus nous vous offrons 2 ensembles de porcelaine fine et élégante, chacun pouvant servir 8 ~ 12 personnes.

Dans l'arrière-cour, vous trouverez un spa / spa de style club Costco / Sam. Puisque la plupart des gens viennent ici en hiver, les gens utilisent rarement Spa / Hot tub, nous avons donc décidé de ne pas entretenir le spa / spa. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, ne demandez PAS de réparer ou de le nettoyer. Merci de votre compréhension.

il y a deux ceintures vertes, un terrain de basketball dans la communauté. Une communauté lac est à moins d'un mile de cette maison.

The previous group ran everything through the dishwasher, and since we keep several different sets of dishes and utensils, items can occasionally get mixed together over time. Host was very responsive. Amenities were as advertised. The house was clean, comfortable, and roomy, everything worked, plenty of linens for the beds and also in case someone needed to sleep on one of the huge sofas (not needed for my family). I would stay again if I go back to the area.

A bunch of family together for a wedding

It worked great for all of us to stay for the wedding. It was clean and comfortable. The property manager was wonderful to work with on anything that came up.

Stay for Wedding in Gilbert

Very good experience and good communication. The house is nice and clean. Only concerns is that there is only seating for meals for 6 inside and that the kitchen is not well stocked.

It has coffee, coffee mate, sugar, pepper, salt. Yes, you have 15 people, and the dining table inside is small. My another house in Downtown Scottsdale has two big dining tables, each can have 8+ people, so can have 16+ people. In the future, you can rent that house.

Gilbert Post Christmas

Needed a place close to relatives house and this place met our needs. Plenty of room and easy location. A bit short on needs in the kitchen, bathroom toiletries but all in all met our needs Communication with with the property managers was OUTSTANDING. Very helpful and responsive. This made the trip even better. Fantastic assistance from them.

Great house a little short on supplies

This was a great house. Clean, comfortable, and a cid location. My only complaints are the the kitchen is lacking some dishes and utensils. The host was responsive, but a seemed miffed when we asked for more paper towels. Would be five stars otherwise.

we do have 2 china sets (almost 100 pieces) plus 20+ extra bowels and dishes. We did put two rolls of paper towels and when you asked, we drove there and put two more. After you checked out, we saw you did not use the two new rolls, obviously, you found another two rolls we put before you checked in.

Dirty and Dangerous

Pots and pans were badly scratched and we had to wash them. There was a tee shirt was stuffed under the couch pillow cushions and there were beer caps under there as well. The carpet runners were upside down, so we flipped them right side up and they tripped two people next to the stairs. To be fair, I called the house cleaner who came right away and cleaned the couches and changed some light bulbs that were out. We had a great time in the area and once all the initial stuff was taken care of, I give it two stars.

Glad to know you had a great time during your stay, also our cleaners came right away as you requested (for the T-shirt and beer caps under the couch pillow cushions, truly sorry about what may have been overlooked, again our cleaners responded right away to fix the situation to accommodate the customer and your needs). For the pots and pans, I did see two of them, badly scratched. We frequently receive long-term tenants (the previous group stayed for 53 nights) "gifts". We donated them to Goodwill already. There are a lot of extra, you don't need to wash them, and we bought 4 brand new ones. For the rug, we flip it to prevent tripping. We had a bad experience, one group damaged our carpet, but we had same-day check-in/out for the next 3 groups, because of this issue, we got three 2 or 3-star reviews. On average, we do steam cleaning every 6-9 months, but some groups still do bad things. We know you like everything be perfect. We'll not argue with your 2-star, but we'll improve and try our best.

Not well equipped, broken items

The size of the house and location were great. The beds were comfortable. However, the house was not well prepared. The couch was broken (with a sign - don't sit on this end), the bar stool was broken, the 2nd one also broke but in the garage. Several outdoor chairs were broken. There were beer bottle caps all in the back yard as well as broken bottles. There was a missing screen on the kitchen window. The kitchen was not well stocked - no measuring spoons, measuring cups, no mixing bowels, only one warped frying pan, and a rusted wok. No dish towels,

Why didn't you tell us while you were staying there, and you even asked us to stay one more night for after Thanksgiving. The previous group stayed 50+ days, and told us the bar stools were a gift for us, we did not know they were broken, and we already threw them away during the bulk trash week. For "Several outdoor chairs were broken", actually, they were not broken and were the gift from the previous group, and we threw them away during the bulk trash week. I saw one beer bottle in the backyard, and put it in the trash bin, did not see broken bottles (or you meant the squeezed aluminum beer bottle?), maybe we missed some. For the caps, our cleaners saw two, put in the trash bin after you checked out. For "there was a missing screen on the kitchen window", I did see the screen in the garage, will install it back. We did purchase a 20-piece cookware set in May, but most groups were local long-term people, not sure if they thought they were theirs and took them away, but we'll buy measuring spoons, measuring cups, and mixing bowls (BTW, this will be the 3rd time we buy them). "a rusted wok", if it's true, we'll throw away. "No dish towels"? we have 30+ towels in the upstairs closet and downstairs cabinet. We did put dish towels in the kitchen, but since you had 12 people, your local relatives and friends may use them before you come to the kitchen? After you checked out, we had two more groups with same-day check-in/out, and the 3rd group will come today and they booked for 53 nights. We'll buy more outdoor furniture. We purchased expensive brand furniture, for example, the black 6-piece leather sectional costs us $14K. Also, the group before you stayed there for almost two months, and our cleaners took 7 hours to clean the house. In the future, please tell us what you need while you were staying, so we can resolve the issues quicker. Just an example, another group in another house, asked us why we put towels in the kitchen, then we told them they can remove them and use paper towels only. 2-Star is really not what we expected, but thank you for your business.

Disappointing

One positive I can say is that the owner was very responsive to my emails. Other than that it was not a great experience. The house smelled like cigarettes and the carpets are filthy. There are rugs all over the house as pictured and they can be a tripping hazard. The water leaks in the shower and on the side of the house. When I brought my concerns to the owner he did not believe me that the house smelled. He did offer to give us our money back if we wanted to leave but we were in between moves and needed a place close to kid schools that allowed pets and without notice it would be very inconvenient to move, so we decided to suck it up and stay.

My house rule is NO SMOKING. I hate smoking too. I've been there so many times during your stay, did not smell like you did, as you said, you were very sensitive to smoking. I got two 5 star reviews from two groups after you. I instantly purchased/installed a new shower head which was broken by previous group, but you still complain "water leak". You've been a VRBO member since 2013, but so far, you have ZERO review. I spent at least 5-10 times more than average to answer your different questions. I offered you $ refund, but you stayed. Again, I did not smell anything, and the two groups after you were the witness. The rugs are fine too. They are not tripping hazard.

Family Reunion

The kitchen was not well equipped. While there were plenty of unusual sets of china and heavy odd glassware, but there were not sufficient serving pieces or drinking glasses. Cookware pieces were limited and non-stick cookware surfaces were damaged and unsafe. This property also had furniture that needs to be repaired or replaced (family room sectional piece). The outdoor furniture was not in the usable condition that was represented in the photos. Excessive area rugs, runners and plastic mats were tripping hazards for our group of 60+ year old adults.

The owner gave you 31 crystal glasses after your request and a new set of cookware, but you did not mention it. Our glasses and china sets are very expensive, that's why some people intend to steal. You took away our rugs after checking out, and we did not ask for $ or your deposit, which means you like the rugs, runners and they are not tripping. We do agree our backyard furniture was less than what we initially put there, but we'll buy more sets soon.

Wonderful and comfortable!

It was wonderful staying in this VRBO. The host was very responsive, we didn’t have to wait long at all. Very friendly and quick to help us when needed anything. The house was very well equipped. We were very comfortable while we waited to close on our home. I recommend this place and would stay again.

A place to stay

Very nice neighborhood, stores are not far, neighbors are friendly, the community is quite and I did get my run in the morning around the community, and I felt safe there too. I had a wonderful time.

GILBERT house for a large family

While the listing said a house slept 15...we only had 10 and I couldn’t imagine what we would have done with 5 more people!!! But it might work for others. The house okay especially if you like art.

2 kings + 3 queens plus two living/family rooms have 3 Ashley leather recliners (5 piece set) and 2 leather sofas (no love seat, only sofas) 5*2 + 3 + 2 = 15. It's in my description.

The Art House

The house was large and very nice according to the web site. I had a minor issue when I arrived but the owner promptly came and took care of it. There are few things that could have made our stay a bit more comfortable. ... The mattress in the fifth bedroom needs to be replaced. Anyone who slept in it would sink in the middle. ..... It’s nice to have a nice big coffee maker but it would be more practical to have coffee mugs instead of tea service cups that I was afraid to use in case they broke. Many of the dishes are nice but not microwaveable. .... I stayed in the house for three weeks. Things get dirty. It would be nice to have a vacuum to maintain the rooms. An old broom does not do the job especially when there is no pan to use for pick up. ...... The owner is trying to protect the rugs by laying down other rugs on top. This created a hazard walking around since many of the ends were curling up making it easy to trip. The stair rug protectors were constantly moving. A guest almost went tumbling down because of this. The rugs should be eliminated. It makes it easier to maintain. As I said before, it’s a very nice house and well situated but needs a few changes.

Great location, lots of room and very comfortable beds. There were 7 of us that stayed and we did not feel like we were cramped at all.

Hans’s place is a wonderful place to stay with a large beautiful  backyard in a quite neighborhood. It’s a great place for larger family’s  or groups looking to accommodate people and entertain comfortably
