Quiet 1 BDR apartment right off West End in Sylvan park. Situated 1 mile from Centennial Park, Vanderbilt Campus, and Sylvan Park Shops/Restaurants.

We are nestled in the heart of the West End/Sylvan Park neighborhood. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants and just a short walk away from Centennial Park or Vanderbilt campus (walking distance from the Vandy football stadium). It is also around a 5-minute ride (about $6 on Uber) from downtown, the Ryman Auditorium, the Convention Center, and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

You will enjoy the quiet and safe area while you explore all that Nashville has to offer!


The entire space is yours to use. You will have electronic key access.

Everything we needed! Great location! Very clean. Safe location. Super host and very easy to work with. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The property needs upgrades: bed is too hard d and needs new mattress, kitchen table is too small, couch is small and too hard to sit on, much of the wood trim is worn out and needs either white paint or replacing bA little money can really spruce this property up.

The place was nearly clean, the floor was not well cleaned the rest was. For 1 Week stays there should be a broom and/or a mob, cause you bring in a bit of dirt everytime. with a broom or mob we could clean it. The Welcome booklet is not up to date. The grocery store piggly wiggly mentioned doesnt exist anymore. Some outdoor sitting place would be nice (bank or chairs) All together, we can recomend the place for stays at nashville. near to downtown, very friendly and safe neighborhood.

You get what you pay for

This property was just okay. Pros: good west end location, convenient to walking path and a decent coffee shop, small amenities like coffee and tea left out, nice appliances and kitchen utensils, clean. Cons: property was a bit rough/tired, highway noise, bedroom blinds let a lot of light in, mild smell of must and Lysol in living room, spare furnishings. I chose this place over local hotels to save a few bucks and in retrospect would have chosen the hotels. If you want an inexpensive apartment and don’t mind the cons listed above, I’d recommend this as a 3.5 star accommodation at this low price point. (At a higher price point I’d choose a hotel.) It isn’t gross but also not a place comfortable for spending a lot of time at. Bedroom is a bit noisy b/c of highway and road just outside so get a white noise app. The living room smells mildly like walking past an open fraternity door on a Monday morning. It was fine for me because I was out with a friend all day and by myself so not a big deal.

As advertised. Great place.

Everything was great! Corner lot, end unit, with a place to park. Quite and comfortable, next to walking path. It’s next to a freeway, but the freeway sits below the property so you can’t hear it. My only critique would be adding a dresser drawer in the bedroom (just a personal preference), I like to put clothes in drawers.

Overall it was clean and conveniently located for our weekend trip. I would have enjoyed a better mattress, but I slept very well nonetheless. I'd recommend this property.

Great location

Perfect space for my wife and I for our first quick trip to Nashville. As a runner, I enjoyed the short trail across the rode and the beautiful neighborhood near by as well.

This was a great location to land for a birthday celebration! We spent very little time here, but it was clean and convenient! A short Uber ride to all of the fun Nashville has to offer!

The location of this property was great for us and we loved the walking path directly across the street. It was a convenient spot and easy highway access. However, Pics did not match what was actually in the apt (table, couch were different from pics). The bed could’ve been bigger as it was only a full sized one and the pillows weren’t fluffy at all. Also, it’s advertised as quiet, it is anything but quiet. The highway is basically across the street and there is plenty of road noise from it. We used a sound machine on our phones to help drown out the noise for sleeping. It is also on a Main Street/thoroughfare but that wasn’t much an issue. It was nice having our own driveway space right next to the door. Overall, it was just ok and sufficient enough for the amount of time we spent there.

Great spot

Very cozy for my mom & I. The property is well located for access to downtown, Vanderbilt, and areas outside the city center. The suggestions notebook was super helpful for eats & activities. Great walking/running path right across the street.

Nice, quiet one bedroom. Good location

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The location was nice near a walking path and parks. Short $10 UBER downtown. Great communication with host, they provide lots of recommendations. Apartment itself was a little loud with appliances and the pillows were extremely flat.
