Beautiful, wells stocked space for a family weekend. We especially like the rooftop lounge area and proximity to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the bustle of downtown Pismo, but a short drive. The only snag was we understood the office pullout to be a separate room, but is actually in the living room. Very comfy and worked out just fine! Would definitely book this home again.

Very Nice and Immaculate Grover Beach Property

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay and the location. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Pismo Beach area for any event, conveniently located and spacious, clean, quiet area too. We would stay again.

Weekend in Grover Beach

It is a beautiful home with a great living room and kitchen for the gathering of a group. The bedrooms are comfortable. The house is close to restaurants in Grover Beach and Pismo Beach.

Wonderful Accomodations

Great location that is walkable to cute coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Did not get to take advantage of the upstairs deck because it was dark at night, but it looked very cozy. Well stocked house. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet & comfortable beach house

As advertised property has a great location near Oceano Dunes, tucked away in quiet Grover Beach. Split level home with rooftop gathering area. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and bbq functionality was excellent. So many times when you rent a property the bbq provides weak or uncontrollable heat. Perfect location & very cozy. Would rent again.

Awesome House

What a great house for my family of 8! We all had our own bedrooms and 3 full baths was a plus! So clean and well equipped for all our needs. Just about a 5-6 minute drive to Pismo. Loved it and would definitely recommend this house!

Best VRBO in Grover Beach

Property manager very communicative, easy check in. Home was immaculate. It was clean, fully stocked with appliances for cooking, utensils, new plates, linens, towels. Very clean bathrooms. All 4 beds very comfortable with high end mattresses, extra pillows. Neighborhood very safe, walk into town easy. Can't say enough about this home. A must stay if in Grover Beach. Will absolutely come back!

The home was perfect for our group for the long Weekend. The internet in the home was horrible! The owners must have the lowest service for the house because our phones and the TV kept timing out on us. Very frustrating while trying to watch Football, etc. The large clock in the room didn't work at all, a simple battery would have fixed that issue. The Ice Maker didn't work so we had to buy ice constantly. Kleenex around the house would have been nice. I don't understand the cleaning fee when the owners have us take out all the garbage including bathrooms, Clean all the dishes we used, strip the beds, etc. Overall, it was a nice home. Not sure I would want to stay again.

Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry for the interruption in Wi-fi. Sometimes on the coast there are microclimates that interfere with the radio antennas. I will address this. I could have addressed this on the spot with our provider if notified at that time. The icemaker just needs a reset and has a reset button to push to refill. Could have helped on the spot for this. Every home in the area usually has instructions for minimal guest trash clean up and simple sanitary requests. This helps with lingering odors after guests leave. We certainly hope your stay in our home was fun overall. Thanks so much Jan and Randy

The house was well equipped with kitchen and BBQ utensils, amenities, etc.We stayed in the Grover Beach areas for many times, and this house was one of our favorites. The floor plan was well designed with 3 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 bathrooms and one master upstairs. One minor issue is when the downstair bathroom fans are on, we could hear the fan noise from the master bedroom.We really enjoyed the stay at this property. We will definitely stay here again.
