Clean, comfy and friendly management!

Had a great weekend and this place was a great home away from home. Comfy beds and pillows, nice common space for meals and watching movies. Would definitely stay again!

There were broken items, unsure if the host is aware. The desk in the bedroom leg is broken off and unusually, the towel racks in both bathrooms were off the wall, the couch in the bedroom leg is broken and can’t be used, there was a full beer in the bathroom, empty ice bags in the sink, rugs and items in the dryer, empty shampoo and body wash in the shower, the place had a constant smell of foreign food. The power to the lights cut off a couple times.

Felt safe somewhat with area - gated was a plus- A lot of people walking around outside of gated area yelling at each other from across the street - Homeless people were everywhere, but they did not bother us. Overall will stay again if ever in OKC.

I would stay again.

My overall experience was well. Check-in was easy, however, previous renters broke the kitchen scissors and left something under the stove and the dishwasher didn't work. Everything else was great, Braum's ice cream was down the street. It's a perfect location if you want to go downtown but also want to be out of downtown. A good 15-20 minutes to downtown. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful place.

Would stay here again

This was a great place for us to stay as a family as it was only short 10 min from SNU. It was clean and we felt safe because it was a newer build and securely gated in. Bathrooms and showers were amazing! Response and communication was great, they needed to send maintenance in to fix a toilet because unit under us reported a leak. Maintenance did leave a mess all over bathroom floor but there was a broom in unit for me to clean up. *A hair dryer in unit would have been helpful; had to run to walmart to get one! Thankful that walmart close! Also dishwasher not hooked up, so needed to hand wash dishes before leaving. Having a washer/dryer in unit was a plus!

The apartment was as described, however we had tiny ants all over in the kitchen area. We had to buy ant spray. We (4 of us) were there for 10 nights. We were only given 6 towels, 2 washclothes and 3 hand towels. This would be fine for a weekend or so, but NOT for 10 nights. Also there was a PRIDE street fair or something that was drastically loud Fri-Sun of our stay til very very late into the nights. Not enjoyable at all!! Lastly, we had no contact numer to report any of these concerns. I sent an email 3 different times, with no acknowledgement or response. It was a modern/comfortable place to stay, however because of the noise and no contact #, I probably won't return to that location.
