As you drive through the gated grand entrance, that is manned with 24-hour security, you will enter the award-winning Providence Golf Club community with resort style amenities. Activities include tennis, biking, golf, walking trails or swimming in the Olympic-sized lap pool, outdoor pool w/slide, lighted tennis courts, fitness center w/ activities room, aquatic center, game room, championship golf course w/ clubhouse, golf pro-shop, lounge & restaurant. There are many choices to soak up the Florida sunshine without leaving the property.

The villa is conveniently located with easy access to groceries, gas station, variety of shops at Posner's Park shopping center. It is also 10 minutes from great dining options at Champions Gate and theme parks that are a short drive away. Follow the route to Disney shown in the guidebook to avoid the traffic on I4. Universal Studios and other popular attractions are within a short drive from the house. Take a day trip to either coast and see Cocoa Beach or Clearwater Beach. The layout of this house is ideal for families and/or groups up to 10 people traveling together. Gather with family & friends in the bright and airy open concept great room around the oversized kitchen island with plenty of natural light and modern amenities for a perfect vacation experience.

Queen main floor bedroom is fully accessible with ensuite bath.
Upstairs: The two twin bedrooms have recently been upgraded to twin XL beds making these comfortable for children and adults alike. Upon request, these beds can easily be assembled together to make a king bed. This unique feature allows the space to be customized to accommodate the needs of our guests.



The property is 35-45 minute drive from the Orlando Airport. There is the Sunrail train station 10 minutes away. This is also an alternative travel mode to downtown Orlando.
