Our spacious luxury four bed villa is ideally situated for Parks, shops and restaurants, set in peaceful lake side surroundings of Hampton Lakes enabling you to unwind at the end of a busy day. The large pool deck area and covered Lania makes this is an ideal all year round holiday location in the sunshine state of Orlando.
Fully air-conditioned four bed 2 bath villa, benefiting from Queen master bed with en-suite, second double bed and 2 further twin rooms. Recently refurbished with many new fittings. Large family Room,complete with Large screen LCD TV DVD player Hi-fi . All bedrooms with Flat LCD Cable TV, TV game in one Twin room, & Playstation 2. Dining room, telephone with free local/National calls,Free Internet access. Great family games room with Pool table, foozball table, airhockey, child safe darts, cable colour TV and sofa to relax and have fun. We personally consider the Villa to be 'Our home from home' & invite you to share in this and make it yours also.

No Pets allowed.

Bookings should normally commence on a Saturday to Saturday basis, however we are willing to enter into bookings with alternative arrival and departure days subject to availability, we reserve the right to adjust Pricing, to cover any loss in revenue.

* Pool heat is available at an additional charge and can be added up to 24hrs prior to your holiday commencing

Golf: With over 80 courses catering for all abilities , duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects like Jack Nicklaus. Some of the area courses include: Champions Gate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve - 5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes.

Helicopter rides: Why not take an aerial view of the Disney area by taking a helicopter rides, there are a number of options just down on the 192, or why not book an early morning hot air balloon .

Festive Family Christmas getaway

This was our first time staying at the villa owned by Ken and Carol and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The villa was spotless and offers so many thoughtful amenities especially in the kitchen. We were able to prepare a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings with no problem at all. The laundry was indispensable. The pool heat worked flawlessly. The pool is very well maintained and is clean. The area is quiet and peaceful and close to grocery, pharmacy, Disney, and souvenir stores on the 192. The villa was nicely decorated for Christmas and they even had a Christmas tree set up. The four bedrooms are large and comfortable. Games room provided lots of fun in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this villa without any hesitation. Communication with Ken was awesome.

Great Stay

The Villa was as described, very comfortable and quiet. Full of useful utensils, towels and generally well stocked. The games room was a particular highlight for the kids and the pool was ample. Superb all round

Stayed here for 2 weeks during August and had the best family holiday ever. The villa was perfect in every way for our family of 6. It was immaculate and had every amenity you could wish for including the essentials for infant children, cot, highchair etc. Rooms were generous in size and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a god send for the hot and humid summer conditions but equally relaxing to sit around of an evening. The community it resides in is very nice, it’s picturesque, quiet, and very well maintained, and the location is very easy to reach with short drives to all the major Orlando attractions with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Communication from Ken, before and during the stay, was on point and by far the best host I have come across, and I would like to extend my thanks for all his help and advice during our trip. I just hope this is still available to rent for our next Florida getaway as we all would love to return some day.

Home away from home.

We were delighted with our second stay in this lovely villa. The villa has everything we could need for our family holiday. A query we had was answered quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed using the pool everyday, and also enjoyed sitting under the lanai at night. It's taken us 6 years to be able to finally return to this villa, so if you're looking at this now, and your availability aligns with the villas, just book it, you won't be sorry!! Third trip already booked!!!

Great house with helpful host

The house is ideally located for getting around Orlando, clean, spacious, light, and well provisioned. Instructions were provided for all parts of the process by Ken, and when we did have one small issue with the alarm, this was sorted straight away along with a phone call to explain. The pool was nice and everyone enjoyed that. Would definitely recommend for a family trip to Orlando. Thanks.

Amazing Villa Near Disney With Private Pool!

This villa was absolutely incredible! The pool area has comfortable furniture and water heat worked great for an early March stay. Kids loved it!! The garage has so many activities it entertained the kids for hours, especially the air hockey table. Rental was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. And just around the corner from Disney!!

Fantastic Host and Villa

We have stayed at a few Villas in Davenport over the years but this was by far the best of the lot. Lovely layout, well maintained and everything you need. On arrival our host contacted us to see if everything was ok, very nice touch. Villa was in a good position to visit all the parks. This was our first visit during September and we really enjoyed it, a little quieter in the parks. Would go back again in the future.

Lovely well equipped spacious villa with accommodating owners and management company.

Beautiful, well equipped spacious villa. Had loads of practical items such as cool bag, ice packs, washing facilities to name but a few. Also within practical driving distance of supermarket. Brilliant games room and pool. Lovely outlook over the lake with water feature to relax after long days at the parks. Nice touch of the owners leaving a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary! They were very accommodating with the checkout out time and the management company were very punctual with any issues or queries we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Much enjoyed

Very clean and functional. Stayed for 2 months and the pool was great. The only negative is the constant traffic noise from highway 27 which is quite close by. Can’t hear it when inside the house but is quite loud when sitting by the pool.

The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could need in a home from home. It was easy to find and perfectly situated for Disney, Universal and other parks and attractions. Ken was great to communicate with and couldn’t be more helpful. If we return to Florida we won’t stay anywhere else! Absolutely fantastic!

Great place close to Disney for families

We had a great time this past week at this villa with our two little kids. The location was 20-30 mins to Disney depending on traffic and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. 5min drive to the nearest grocery store which was very convenient! The highlight for my kids was the pool which was a great size for families and refreshing after a long day at the parks. The extra safety locks on the door to the pool gave me piece of mind with two little kids running around. The hosts were super responsive with my questions and gave clearly outlined instructions before our arrival. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florida!
