Vous pouvez être l'un des premiers à appeler cela votre maison temporaire. Nouveau sur le marché en novembre 2018, ce 2600 pieds carrés, 4 chambres avec un den (5) / 3 salles de bain est maintenant prêt pour vos vacances.

Voici les couchages par chambre:
CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE - 1 suite ROI Tommy Bahama avec salle de bain attenante - douche à l'italienne, double vasque et baignoire. Comprend également une télévision à écran plat avec câble. 2 couchages.
CHAMBRE Nautique - 1 lit queen avec salle de bain dans le hall privé - douche et vanité simple. TV écran plat LED avec câble. 2 couchages. Situé près de la grande salle / den et de la piscine et du jacuzzi. 2 couchages.
CHAMBRE SHABBY CHIC - 1 lit QUEEN avec salle de bain - combo douche / baignoire et vanité simple. TV écran plat LED avec câble. 2 couchages.
DISNEY comme CHAMBRE - 2 lits jumeaux / simple avec salle de bain - combo douche / baignoire et vanité simple. 2 couchages.
DEN / SALLE DE JEUX / CHAMBRE - 1 canapé-lit QUEEN sans ressorts, donc confortable, juste à l'extérieur de la 1ère chambre principale. 2 couchages.
L'aménagement de la maison est propice aux grandes réunions de famille - il y a un lieu de rassemblement pour les préadolescents et les adolescents et un autre pour les adultes. La 5ème chambre principale et convertible est sur un côté de la villa et l'autre côté a 3 chambres. Il y a un grand espace central ouvert avec une grande pièce et une cuisine combinées.
Les matelas sont confortables et tous ont des protège-matelas et des oreillers et des housses, des couettes, des draps, des serviettes, des téléviseurs et d'autres touches de décoration et accessoires que vous trouverez dans un complexe cinq étoiles.
La salle de jeux et l'espace de divertissement comprennent un téléviseur 4D de 65 pouces, un grand meuble bar en bois, un billard italien en ardoise de 8 pieds et un baby-foot. D'autres touches incluent un système de jeu (n'oubliez pas d'apporter vos propres jeux et contrôleurs); jeux de société, livres et bibliothèques de DVD; etc.
Il y a une piscine orientée à l'ouest avec une véranda et une zone filtrée avec des chaises, des espaces pour poser et jouer pendant des heures de divertissement. Un barbecue est fourni pour votre commodité.

Great 5 night stay

Overall great experience. Property manager was responsive, the house was as described, enjoyed the pool and spacious layout of the home.

Amazing house super close to everything!

This was by far one of the best homes I've ever stayed in while visiting Disney and Universal!!!! We seriously didn't have one complaint. Super clean, spacious, amazing beds and awesome pool!! Can't wait to return!

Great Stay

We stayed at Legacy Park for 5 days on our Orlando Vacation. We enjoyed the pool every night after long days out. It was nice to have a grocery store close by and easy access to restaurants and different parts of Orlando. The house is spacious and we all had a great time!

Fabulous Vacation Home!

We loved this property. The house was in a great location & we loved the neighbourhood! We absolutely loved the pool and the privacy. My family loved the space and it was no trouble to have a great day spent at the house. Debra-Lee was great to deal with if we needed anything which made our trip even better. We will definitely be back our next trip!!

Beautiful place!!

We were excited to see how large the place was when we stepped in. The bedrooms are spaced apart which was good for us. I never heard the baby cry at all during the night in my room on the far end of the house. The kitchen was large and accomodating for several people to work at the same time. The house was very clean. Also, when we had a question, we quickly got a response.

Disney Retreat

We decided to rent a house as opposed to staying at the resorts while doing a Disney/Universal vacation. We knew we would appreciate having a quiet place we could retreat to after long days at the parks. This house was great, very clean, beautifully updated, well-stocked, and super spacious. Each teen had their own bedroom and bathroom, and we as parents had our own side of the house with direct access to the pool. My only wish would’ve been to be at the house more, the game room and pool area were great for hanging out, we just didn’t get to use them as much as we hoped because we were so tired after the parks. The house is very close to Disney and a bit further to Universal, not too bad of a drive as long as we didn’t hit traffic. I would definitely stay here again if we return.

This property is Five Stars PLUS... We simply Loved It.

This property is simply Beautiful. Close to everything: Disney Parks, Universal Studios, shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores. My family stayed here in complete comfort. The on-line pictures are what sold us to book this property, but the house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. The Open kitchen and family room allowed us to interact while preparing meals. The stackable glass doors allowed the kids to use the pool and remain in full view from family room and kitchen. The pool and patio area were wonderful. The house is well furnished and beautifully decorated. All the beds were comfortable and high quality. “Home away from Home”is what this house was to our family. We are planning for our return and definitely will be coming back . This property is FIVE STARS PLUS.

Magical Place

What can I say, only the greatest enjoyment my family had in a while. The parks Universal and Disney were close. There was what ever you needed in good proximity. The Home made the vacation. The open areas, several bedrooms and baths. The pool and outside area was mostly enjoyed. My grandson 8 just couldn't get enough of the pool, as everyone else felt the same. There was more playing volleyball and communication, just hanging and floating, then anywhere else. Along with the open area of living room and kitchen. Oh, we can't forget the game room, Pac-Man I am the champ!!(maybe)lol. Thank you for sharing your Home and adding to our wonderful vacation. The Brady, Milhaven, Shewol Family. New York

If you're looking for an ideal vacation home in the most ideal location ...THIS IS IT!!

THIS HOME HAS EVERYTHING!! My family and I have just come back from an amazing experience and a fabulous Disney home. From the themed bedrooms to the unbelievable games room, everything has been catered for. The furnishings are high quality and the condition of the home is 6star+. The pool area is private and our family shared many a happy meal sat outside whilst listening kids splash away. We cannot thank the owners enough for allowing us to use their home. Finally the location of the home is precisely what we were looking for, close enough to be at the parks within minutes and far enough away for our rest days. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.....

Very impressive, great host and attention to details

My family and I stayed at this rental property the weekend of January 9th , we were really impressed by the attention to details from the Disney themed kids rooms and games room to the overall ambiance and decor of this property. the host was easy to reach and gave great recommendations about the local area restaurants . Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay its within a 15 minutes drive to Disney, shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful memories

The Property was perfect, very clean and the property manager was easy to work with. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay easy. The beds were comfortable, there were extra linens and covers. The towels and linens were top quality and the kitchen was well stocked. We plan to return next year, same time. Starter supplies for the kitchen, laundry, dishwasher and bath soaps were provided. One of the best parts of the experience was working with Debbie, who provided excellent information pre-arrival on check-in procedures, worked with us on our last-minute changes and made the entire experience enjoyable. It was a bit cold during this time, but we'll definitely visit again when the weather is a bit warmer. Thanks again for the wonderful memories! We will definitely be back!
