The indoor pool is heated and sure to be a hit all year. The game room with ping pong, giant connect 4, darts, and a foosball table will keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill are perfect for meals. Surrounded by nature, this house offers a peaceful and memorable stay!

Everything about this place is nothing more than 1 star. House is so dirty and filthy. We were shocked to find dishes with moldy food inside of it inside of the kitchen cabinets. The bedsheets had stains on it not only on 1 bedroom but most of the bedrooms. For the price we paid, we were very upset, dissatisfied, and disappointed. Me and my family haven't all gathered together in the past 2 years and we were unhappy with our reunion at this place. 1 star.

Host was fine, but the pictures shown on listing seeing now is a bit misleading given a lot shown is really dated, with broken and missing amenities. Simple things like TV remotes should not be missing. This was really disappointing from the price point we paid. The couch needs to be removed and replaced as it’s got stains all over it

The furniture in the family room is dated/stained. One bedframe broke and it looks as if it had been repaired in the past. The railings were wobbly. The kitchen was not well appointed with a fry pan enough utensils, cookie sheets etc. The pool was great. The game room has a ping pong table but no balls. We still enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive and communicative about my concerns.

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s vacation home! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures clean, peaceful, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from utensils to toiletries. Kevin was an excellent host with perfect communication and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and had lots of fun. The location was quiet and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. We definitely recommend this place!

We have an annual friends and family getaway trip, which we stay in the poconos. This is the best house we stayed in so far. This is our 2nd year at this beautiful home and Kevin the host is amazing. Thank you once again Kevin for making it a wonderful stay. We will be back next year

The house is in great shape and modern...also kept very clean! Everything is exactly as advertised. The indoor pool is fantastic and my 7 yr old son enjoyed it very much! Water depth is about 3.5 ft in the shallow side and 4.5 ft in the deep end.The owner (Kevin) is super friendly and very accommodating & responsive. Can't ask for anything more from any host.During our stay, my family visited Pocono Premium Outlets and Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, both about 10 minutes drive away. I also noticed we drove pass signs for Great Wolf Lodge and Camelback Mountain on our way to the outlet.If my family were visiting this area in the future, I would not hesitate at all to rent this house from Kevin again!

This was not a brand new house. It’s a 3 story house and the upper two floors were removed but the first was old with subpar furniture. Remodel a house doesn’t make it a new house The outdoor patio table had numerous rust spots . Definitely disappointed

Wonderful family stay!

Our whole family (5 kids 4 and under) with parents stayed to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. With not so wonderful weather, the pool was fantastic! Kevin answered any concerns immediately so that was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the game room. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We hope to return! Thanks Kevin!

Great property.

My family and I had a great time in this amazing home. Beds are very comfortable, the house is huge, the kitchen is well equipped with everything to cook. What can I say about the pool? It’s very clean, big and the water is at the ideal temperature to enjoy it, no matter how the weather is outside.The communication with the owner/property manger is easy and fast- he sent me all the information before I asked for anything, thank you Kevin!Easy check in and check out.I totally recommend this property.

2nd annual family trip

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time! Kevin is very responsive and the house has everything you might need. We will be back next year.

Disappointing

The pictures of the property aren’t as accurate as you would like, the house is definitely more worn than the pictures let on to believe. The heat on the bottom floor was not working properly. The house is comprised of a bunch of split level units and extremely complicated to work. The pool wasn’t at all heated when we arrived and when we tried going in it was too cold to enter. After the owner insisting that it was fine and always running properly I had to provide pictures to the owner to show the water level not even being right for the filter or heat to work. We couldn’t use the pool the first day we were there. The owner got it resolved on the second day and we were only there 2 days. The game room is dysfunctional. It was freezing in there. The ping pong table had one broken ball so that was unusable. The dart board was completely broken and no darts in sight. The foosball table was assembled incorrectly deeming it unusable. So the so called “game room” was non existent. The owner didn’t even apologize for the circumstances let alone compensate me for anything. Overall my family 2 day getaway in this house was not at all what we anticipated it would be. Beware before you book this house.

Fun Family Getaway

Beautiful home very clean with tons of space you almost get lost looking around. Great family vibes they had this huge dinning room table you could fit any size family for dinner. Our kids spent the entire time in the pool it was cool in the middle of January to swim and go sledding outside in the yard all in the same day. Another big plus is having a walmart store 7 mins away. Look forward to renting again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

The house was very impressive and super clean. The host was very detailed in the directions / instructions on arrival and how to gain access to the home. He checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I couldn't have been happier with our trip. The indoor pool was awesome and the kids had so much fun!! We can't wait to go back !!!!

Amazing stay for large groups!

My group and I had a wonderful stay in this spacious stay in the Poconos!! Highly recommended to any with groups of 8+. We had 11 in total, but could easily fit 3-5 more.
