Less than 1 Mile from Raymond James. This newly renovated family home is 2100 sq ft 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The large backyard hosts a grill with plenty of space to eat outside or play cornhole. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies necessary for your vacation. There is 70" TV in the living room and a pool table, workout area in the game room. The house can handle 10+ if you want to cram in. Wifi 500 Mbps Down. Pool heating is available upon request. Colby was a great host and his response time was exceptional. The property location was ideal for attending the Bucs game and had a nice sized kitchen with everything we needed to dine in. 4 bedrooms were clean and spacious and the pool table was a huge plus.

We had such a great time, The house was very clean and everything labeled so you had no problem finding stuff. We highly recommend this place when attending either a Bucs game or going to the Convention center.

We enjoyed the whole stay. I few issues but Colby replied to all of our concerns instantly. The house was beautiful, the pool was a bonus for long days site seeing and we could spread out and enjoy.

We were in town for a leadership conference so this was a good value for the location and space. However the pool area is in need of a major update. Pool deck bricks are loose and the pool itself needs resurfacing. The fence surrounding the pool is leaning. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. I give this location a 3 stars because it is located 7 minutes from the Buccaneer stadium and you can’t beat the space for the price.

Great for my daughters Bachelorette trip!

I frequent Florida (Ohio native) but have never been to Tampa. Was looking for a large home with a pool for my daughters Bachelorette trip. There were 8 of us (and 16 bags!). The house accomodated us well. Plenty of room for all and 3 bathrooms accomodated 8 women getting ready daily. The kitchen was fully functional and had pots, pans, dishes, some tupperware, air fryer, coffee maker and microwave. Nice large refrigerator and freezer. There were some free weights I utilized daily. We did a night out in Ybor City which was a 10 minute uber ride. Went to Riverwalk twice which was 15 minutes away and Clearwater Beach one day which was 45 minutes. We utilized the pool daily and nightly and the pool was clean and warm. We didnt see any bugs inside as others mentioned. The house is close to many stores which we drove to and Door Dashed from. Tons of restaurants in the area.If I had anything negative to say, Id agree with other reviews that it could use a little more curb appeal and the pool area could use a little landscaping, but not worth a complaint. All in all, my daughter had a wondeful trip, host was very accomodating and communicative and Id book again!

Sports weekend

The house is in prime location for the Buccaneers game. The house was more spacious than we expected, 4 beds and 3 baths. Outside area was great for chilling out and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Several issues

Too many roaches and spiders. TV in master bedroom did not work. Should have an informational notebook with such things as recommended restaurants, things to do besides amusement parks, how to work TVs, etc. Should have a list of check out utems to be done. Every VRBO i have stayed in has one.

OK location, needs updates

For the short stay that we had, it gave us what we needed but if we didn’t have local family it would have been difficult to use the kitchen as intended. The cookware was few and far between and what we available was all dirty and needed to be washed before use. There weren’t enough coffee cups for all the adults staying in the house and we had to have our local family members bring multiple kitchen tools to use during our stay. The water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work so we had to purchase bottled water. 3 days into our stay we realized the sink drain in the kitchen has disconnected which caused a big water mess under the sink and was most likely the cause of the terrible smell in the master bathroom and the reason the shower drain drained extremely slow. The sink was fixed after making a call but this issue was known to the owner. As far as the pool area goes, it was definitely a nice amenity to have but there were MANY loose tiles all around the pool which was a huge safety concern with multiple small children staying at the house. The pool toys were non usable because they had all been left in a pile of dirt and leaves. The lawn in the backyard was poorly kept and the cornhole boards were warped and not usable. We tried to contact the owner about the issues we had and the updates that were needed but received no response. The house provided a place for us to stay close to the location we needed but unfortunately didn’t meet our standards for the price we paid.

False advertising

The main draw of this property for my family and I was the pool. Travelling from Canada for a little break from winter. Property is not per pictures! Much more run-down. Very dusty and semi-clean upon arrival ( dead cockroach on kitchen floor) despite host asking us to check-in late due to cleaner “unavailability “ Paid to have pool heated to 82 and then a verbal agreement to increase the temperature to 85, despite this the pool was usable for 6/7 days due to the low temperature. Contacted host about main shower not working and the pool temperature remaining low. Without warning or a response to my message, sent a “maintenance” man to come check it, who tried to enter the home without notice or permission but was stopped due to the door being locked. Shower was never fixed and no further updates were given. During two days of rain the roof leaked excessively, making that area of the home inaccessible. Previous water damage was apparent in the area, obviously not a new issue. The pool itself was dirty upon arrival with obvious signs of deterioration to the surrounding tiles, the filter, and an area where a live light fixture had become detached under the water. The refrigerator at times appeared to stop working, which we suspected resulted in items going bad. Stove also experienced some issues. Not recommended for families or anyone wanting anything besides a place to sleep.

Close to everything!

We came down from MD for a Flag Football Tournament for. The place was was very spacious and cozy. There was 7 adults and there was more than enough space for us to hang out or have space from one another. Unfortunately, it was cold when we were there so we didn’t utilize the pool or grill but, we played pool a lot and watched movies. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owners were very responsive with any questions or needs that we had. Minor upgrades needed but, overall we loved it!!

Very responsive and accommodating host

The property was spacious and great for entertaining friends and family. We enjoyed the heated pool. Gunnar accommodated us at the last minute, and made sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive communication. I would stay again.

21st Birthday Celebration

Property manager answered questions quickly. Location of home was great. Within 15 minutes of anything we wanted to do in the Tampa area. House needs a little maintenance update but overall has nice appeal.
