This cozy cottage has everything you need for a quick get-a-way, staycation or retreat! Newly renovated with all new appliances!

Master bedroom just upgrade to a king with all new furniture!

This 3 bedroom 2 full bath bungalow is a great home away from home. Everything you need and more to kick back and relax or have a full on work-cation!

MInutes from all the hot spots in town but seculded in a small neighborhood about 15 minutes north of downtown. This is in City limits near Busch Gardens, USF, Moffitt and more!

We do have cameras on side, front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

The house was cute and had some high-end touches. It was clean and if we had a question, it was answered immediately. We enjoyed our week stay, however due to local family parties and get-togethers we never had time to use the pool - which did look very inviting.

Great house!

This was a cute little bungalow house with a great outdoor space and pool. It was close and convenient to the theme parks. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed to cook dinner at home. Neighborhood was not ideal, but we did not have any issues and enjoyed our stay.

Property was nice and was clean. Was unable to enjoy the pool due to cold weather, but overall the location and the property was enjoyable for our families All-State band experience in downtown Tampa. 10 minutes away from the trolleys to get downtown and 8 minutes away from Busch Gardens.

House was very clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was not good but nobody bothered us and it was very quiet. Description states there is a garage but there is not, it is a car port. Pool was a lot smaller than I thought but I guess I didn't read the dimensions, it didn't really matter since we didn't spend much time there. Beds were very comfortable and clean.My only issue was a stopped up shower drain , I informed the owner just so they would know and could take care of it prior to their next renter. The owner took it upon themselves to call a plumber on a holiday then proceeded to message me it was a build up of hair in the drain and it cost him 500, the amount of money he was making off of my stay. I found this comment very passive aggressive and it upset my day because I felt I was being blamed, even though I had been there 1 day and with that comment I wasn't sure what his intentions were. My whole reasoning to reaching out was to avoid his floors being ruined by an overflowing shower, I didn't ask him to call out a plumber. I didn't appreciate the way I was responded to.Other than that situation everything else was fine.

I just want to address this since you complain that the shower was overflowing onto the floors and was concerned but yet we took it upon ourselves? To call a plumber what were we supposed to do have the house flood? Our statement that the emergency call cost us more than your stay was definitely not passive aggressive it was just being transparent only since we asked you to check if there was hair on top of the drain cover and send us a photo which you did not do all you said was that the drain was continuing to back up. We had no choice but to send a plumber and what he found was Hair covering the drain which was not there during our walk-through.

Moffit

We needed close access to moffit. This location was great for that. Master bed was great, slept awesome. Everything worked and was clean. Pool was nice and warm. Neighborhood wasnt really to my liking. Although i did feel safe and no one bothered us. We would visit again.

Nice property in transitioning neighborhood. Nice back yard. One neighbor played music all day on weekend. Not overly loud but a bit of a distraction when outside in nice back yard. Need to replace rug in living room.

Wonderful stay!

The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to Tampa. The pool was on wonderful to cool off. Plenty of space for our 3 person family including a 1.5 year old. Some difficulty unlocking the house via the code, but that was mostly my fault as I had no phone number listed on my account. They were quick to respond and change the code. They had a backup lock box which came in handy in that scenario. Overall a wonderful stay and we would totally stay here again in the future!

The outlets in both bathrooms did not work and with a group of women that was very inconvenient. I would suggest putting small TVs in all bedrooms. There was confusion on check in/out times but it is what it is.

Thanks for the feedback, however you never said anything during your stay.We could have sent someone to check out the issue. We did verify everything is in working order. Its possible "with a group of women" you overloaded the circuit and the GFI tripped.

Disappointing

We stayed for four nights. I should have paid closer attention to reviews. Neighbours played loud music late into the evening every night and neighbourhood dogs barked incessantly. Spoiled any chance to sit out in the backyard by the pool.

A fun stay in Tampa

Overall, this property suited our needs. The house was very cute and clean and convenient to Busch Gardens which is where we were spending my youngest child’s birthday. We did, however, choose this property because it had a pool, but the pool was very dirty. The pool is cleaned once a week and we checked in at the end of that week, so it was pretty full of all of the debris from the surrounding trees. We still had a great time though after a couple of little hiccups. A really sweet house overall… just a little disappointed that the kids couldn’t use the pool more.

Modern Cozy Cottage

This place was everything and more! 10/10 recommend. My family of 5 plus my aunt came down for a cheer competition this past weekend and stayed for 4 nights. The house itself was perfect and set up so cute! The location was definitely an added bonus as well. It was close to everything and not far from the bay. The pool was a little chilly at night but with the day temps in the 90s I assume the heater did not kick on which is fine. I truly have nothing negative to say about this place and will definitely stay there again if we come back to the Tampa area. The only thing wrong which still was nothing major to me was there was still food left in the fridge and freezer, but the freezer had a brand-new unopened box of popsicles that my kids enjoyed so it was actually a plus for us lol. Thank you so much for the amazing stay and I most definitely will recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area!

HORRIBLE experience! If you’re looking for a nice, clean, safe area to vacation with your family this property is not the place. I was unaware of the area until after this experience and I spoke to multiple people who have lived nearby who automatically shook their head because it was not a good place to be. Also should have read every review because there are multiple people who state in their reviews that the area/location/neighborhood was a negative to them as well. The host was terrible to deal with. We rented this property for 8 days and did not even stay 1 night! After the host first stated he would issue a partial refund he ended up not giving me any type of refund and has completely stopped responding to my messages. When I reached out trying to recoup at least some of my money when I made him aware I did not feel good about where we were at and that we would not be staying there he made negative accusations towards me because I did not like the area. Not only was the area this house is in not good, the “back yard” was mostly dirt and leaves, completely misleading from photos, and our feet were completely black from the floors of the home and us not even being in the property 2 hours. The pool was full of leaves and debris. It got to the point after multiple attempts to at least get a portion of my money back that the host completely stopped responding to me. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We’re sorry this guest felt the property was not the right fit. This was an 8-night reservation, and the guest chose to leave shortly after arrival without staying the night. No specific safety hazard or cleanliness issue was reported, and we were not given an opportunity to address any concerns before departure. The home is located within the city limits of Tampa in an urban residential area. The map is visible prior to booking, and the exact address is provided after confirmation. The reservation was made approximately two months in advance, allowing ample time to review the location. The “multiple people” referenced were described in private messages as hotel front desk staff, who would not have knowledge of our specific property. We have hosted hundreds of guests over five years without safety incidents. We offered two upgraded alternative properties in more walkable areas, which were declined after the guest indicated they preferred to be closer to a beach. The rear yard is a natural Florida lawn; seasonal recovery from winter freeze does not change overnight and is accurately reflected in the listing. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, and any concern would have been promptly addressed if reported. A partial refund was discussed contingent on cancellation that allowed us to rebook the dates, which did not occur. The full refund request was pursued after the travel period concluded. We stand by the accuracy of our listing.

My family came to Tampa for my granddaughter’s graduation. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The host was responsive to all our needs. The pool was smaller than expected but it was clean and a great temperature. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful trees. Overall, our experience was very positive and I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful quick Hurricane recovery Getaway

The stay was lovely. The neighborhood was a little loud on Monday (neighbors playing loud music outside while a game of Dominos inside) But they were friendly and minded their own business. We needed electric,Water and Wifi in order to continue our recovery From the devastation Hurricane Ian caused In our home and home town of Cape Coral. So I was not complaining of where we were location wise. We had plans in. Tampa for my husbands bday anyways and this was central to what we needed. The home was nice and cozy and provided us with comfort and solace during this time of crisis for our family and for that alone we are grateful. Thank you Lacey for allowing my family and dogs to stay. It was exactly what we needed. We will book again if we need to get away close to home and entertainment in Tampa.

I had a really great stay. The house and backyard were amazing. I would stay there again on future trips.
