Cozy spanish style bungalow; huge private covered patio includes spa and more!

Our vacation bungalow is prepared and maintained with the comfort of our guest's as our first priority! This cozy bungalow has a huge private, covered patio with hot tub, gas fire pit, ping pong, Roku television, gas grill, ceiling fans and outdoor seating and dining to enjoy Arizona's outdoor living and family fun! Inside the bungalow, you will find a renovated, clean 2bd/1bth bungalow with large, fully appointed eat in kitchen, and cozy living room to relax after a day exploring. In 2023 we installed a new HVAC system and it has double pained windows to keep you cozy in the cool winter months and cool during the warm summer days. Bedrooms have cozy carpet, furniture and new beds in February 2023 with high-end linens and cozy duvet comforters, all cleaned between every guest. Large fully fenced lot has plenty of parking for motorcycles, ATV's, boats or RV with full hook ups! Quiet neighborhood, we know all the neighbors. It is just minutes from I60 and the I202 loop and many restaurant and shopping options all within close proximity to this home, ask us for recommendations. Easy shot over to the east valley baseball spring training stadiums; the Renaissance festival in February/March and many other events. If you would like to enjoy the gorgeous outdoors here in Arizona you are 10-15 minutes from recreation in the Tonto National Forest or Usery Park!

This was the best Vrbo we have stayed in. The patio was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, we lacked nothing. The house was very clean and cozy with all the comforts of home.

Great family gathering location

We spent the Christmas week at this house and the outside location is wonderful. We spent about 95% of the time outside. The kitchen is also well stocked and supported our Christmas turkey well.

Great outdoor space

We very much enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space was so awesome!! TV with the fantastic outdoor couch, table for eating, ping pong and a hot tub! Location was what we expected for Apache Junction area but neighborhood was easy to walk dog!

Christmas Visit to AJ

This house was perfect for our trip! The location was perfect for us. The hot tub and fire table were icing on the cake. Our dog enjoyed her stay too. We would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again.

Great Place!

This is a great find - very clean and extra comfortable. We enjoyed the outside area especially. Hot tub and table heater for Feb evenings were wonderful to have and the TV out there was an extra bonus! Close to Mesa. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Stay!

This was the perfect stay for our family! We were there for a baseball tournament and spring training games! Everything was great - clean, well stocked, and the outside is fantastic! The ping pong table, hammock, fire pit, and jacuzzi were the perfect way to end a long day!! The owners are so easy to deal with and make you feel right at home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and Tidy

Clean and Well Kept House

Awesome little Bungalow!

This bungalow was a great place for our visit to Arizona. The outdoor space is Awesome! Patio furniture, fire table, big TV, ping-pong and a hot-tub, what else do you need! Steve and Kitty are very friendly and accommodating for any extra needs you might have. We will be highly recommending this place to all our family and friends who are thinking about a trip to the Phoenix/Apache Junction area.

Very nice property.

This was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Everything was clean and as advertised. Only glitch was the key code. A VRBO rep. gave me a code that was incorrect at check in. We were on the road previous to our visit, also I could not download the ap on my phone (to old?). Eventually I found an email with the correct code.

We love the greater Phoenix valley and wide open views of Apache Junction. It has easy shopping nearby and access to the mountains near by for all of your outdoor adventures. If you want to attend one of the many exciting world class events that happen here in Arizona this can be a wonderful home base. Additional parking for RVs or trailers for our guests to spread out and enjoy the hot tub and private patio was a huge bonus!
