Walk inside to a foyer tailor-made to unload all your swimsuits and beach bags after a day of seaside fun! On the ground floor, you`ll discover two inviting bedrooms, a well-appointed full bathroom, direct access to the pool and the backyard oasis, plus the convenience of a washer/dryer.

Ascend to the second level, where two additional bedrooms await, along with two more full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a private balcony, ideal for unwinding, a designated desk area for any work needs, and ensuite. The second bedroom on this floor also has an ensuite. Another set of washer/dryer for added convenience is also on this level.

The third floor is dedicated to your living and entertaining pleasure! Here, an open floor plan seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living space, leading to a balcony adorned with comfortable seating and enchanting ocean views. You`ll also find a cozy nook and a convenient half bath.

Outside, a world of relaxation and entertainment unfolds. Discover an expansive seating area, sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and a spacious pool with an integrated spa and in-pool stools for ultimate relaxation. Two fire pits await, one wood burning and one propane, perfect for cozy evenings. And don`t forget to indulge your inner golfer on the putting green! The sprawling yard provides ample privacy and space for all your outdoor activities. Outdoor shower located off of the garage to rinse off after your beach days.

Guest has access to all areas of the home. There are a few locked owners closets.

No pets

No smoking in the home or on the balconies

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
