Mariners Landing 3 bed/2.5 bath townhome- Location!

The townhouse development of Mariner's Landing is conveniently located with easy access to the beaches of St. Simons Island, the pier and village area, Redfern Village and golfing venues. This location is an easy on and off the island location loved by FLETC agents. The townhouses are recent construction with many high-end finishes and high ceilings. You will enjoy the seasonal community pool (mid-April through Labor Day - subject to change).

Bring your boat! The St. Simons Public Marina is a short walk from the complex and you can enjoy the green space at Gascoigne Bluff. You are walking distance to the Frederica River, fishing dock, Frisbee golf and fitness trail. You gotta love it.

You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit with hardwood floors throughout, with the bedrooms carpeted. Just off the front foyer, you’ll find the œ bath.

The main level features an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining and living rooms so everyone can participate in family and friend gatherings. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, lots of counter and cabinet space. The main floor level includes a screened in patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the laundry room. The master suite with a King-size bed offers a full walk-in closest with plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sink area, large walk-in shower, garden tub and separate restroom area with a door for privacy. The two additional bedrooms have a Queen in one and two Twins in the other and they share a bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Peaceful & Relaxing

We loved the property! Quiet area but centrally located to every place we wanted to go. Actually felt big for just the two of us. Would love to come back here with the whole family and bring the dogs next time. Neighborhood great for walking around or riding bikes. Property just like the pictures. Clean and very well supplied. Check in/out was easy and smooth. Awesome experience!

Check in is bad, we had to drive 10 minutes out of the way to get a ‘key’ earn all was needed was a code. We have stayed at two properties similar to this at Reserve lane & had far superior service. Got no response on the new WiFi at the pool just. Terrible excuse. Had no coffee maker & no extra blankets. Very limited on kitchen supplies. Would never book again w real escape properties. It’s the little things, and they failed in that aspect. Paid way too much money to get that kind of service

We loved the location on the island. Close to a grocery store and only a few minutes from the pier and the lighthouse. Easy access in and out of the neighborhood was a plus! We enjoyed the pool and it was only a short 2 minute walk to the front of the neighborhood. The townhouse was a huge hit with my kids! The really liked the garden soaker bath tub in the main bathroom. Kitchen was adequate for our 4 night stay and we liked that the fridge had an ice and filtered water dispenser. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a washer and dryer so we could just unpack clean clothes at home!
