Located conveniently to the Causeway and within 2 miles of the beach, this 3 bedroom townhome is sure to exceed your expectations. The entry leads into a spacious kitchen, living and dining area with table seating for 4 and additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary essentials and then some. The 50 inch TV in the living room has Live Sreaming for you viewing enjoyment. The half bath is on this level as well. The sliding glass doors lead to a cozy fenced in patio with table and chairs for 4. Perfect for enjoying moring coffee or evening cocktails.

All three bedrooms and laundry room are upstairs. The spacisous master has a King bed and ensuit bath with his and hers sinks, a soaking tub, stand up shower plus large walk in closet. The additional 2nd and 3rd bedroom are just down the hall and share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest queen bedroom has a Smart TV on the wall.

There are several highlights within walking distance to include beautiful historic Gascoigne Bluff which includes a 24 acre park with massive oak trees, a disc golf course, a fishing dock on the Frederica River and picnic areas. If you are not into fishing, the sunsets are spectacular off the dock. St. Simons Marina is walking distance as well which offers boat storage and launching as well as fuel, bait and ice. If you are a history buff, you will want to check out the slave cabin ruins as well.

Our second stay here, and it was the best! The townhouse is exactly as it is shown and described! Communication with the owner is amazing! Beautiful neighborhood and very close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely will be back!!

Just finished up our week on the island. It was a gorgeous place to visit! The rental was decent. It is pet friendly, with that comes pet stained carpets. It wasn’t the cleanest carpet to walk on barefoot. Mattresses could use updated and the mold on the window sills needs to be addressed. Easy to get to the beach and downtown areas. Our favorite place to eat was Southern Soul BBQ!!

We loved our stay. Condo was very clean, comfortable and had nice amenities for the kitchen all in a good location. Owner was responsive and helpful. We loved the park right down the street.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything we needed & more was provided. From the decor, to the layout, to the amenities, this place was awesome! We also enjoyed that we were only a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Alyce was always available & helpful for any questions. Not to mention our fur baby loved her first ocean visit! Perfect vacation home!

The owner was very nice. The home was Beautifully decorated and very clean! Had everything we needed. Property was quiet and perfect for our family vacation. Pool was nice and well maintained. Location was great as well. We were close to beaches, shopping, fishing and day trips to other barrier islands. Definitely will rent again.

Well Appointed Rental

Our family enjoyed this beautifully decorated, well-appointed townhome. There was ample parking including a one-car garage and overflow guest parking spaces very close by. The St. Simons marina is just a .3 mile walk away and the surrounding areas are also interesting and very 'walkable'. Any questions we had were promptly answered. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with the condo and the quiet neighborhood. The marina and park area are very close and the live oak trees are gorgeous. The condo was well stocked and access to the pool area is convenient. The location provides easy access to shopping and the beaches as well as the causeway to Brunswick. We will definitely consider another visit.

This property was convenient to the marina and its fishing pier being within walking or biking distance. The home is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood pool was clean and spacious and within walking distance. This property exceeded our expectations by having an assortment of kitchen cooking items, initial stock of paper products, games and puzzles, beach items and a bike. We found this rental to be very clean in all areas like the bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, dining and kitchen. This rental is competitively and affordably priced for the location and amenities it offers. It matched with the photos presented and parking allowed for a small garaged vehicle; however, the driveway comfortably fit a mid size vehicle with a concrete pad parking area across from the rental offering additional guests parking within the neighborhood. This was first come, first serve basis and always seemed to have availability to park. The patio allowed for some outdoor seating as well. We chose this property for its pet friendly availability and will choose this rental again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
