There areTwo beautiful kitchens. The Upstairs and downstairs is very spacious. There is a 9o inch tv in living room space great for movie nights. 2 full bathrooms on each floor. Our space is great for small events of 16-20 people!!

Host was very accommodating. Definitely needs hire better cleaning service. It was not clean at all. Floors were filthy and we had wear shoes or our feet were black! Spiderwebs and spiders. No batteries in tv remotes, no bedding for air mattresses, beds very hard so if don’t like extra firm you may not be comfortable. Only one roll of TP in each bathroom so take your own! Only 9 towels so be prepared with that as well. Back yard was nice and kitchen was nice. Dresser knobs missing in one bedroom so struggled getting them open.

The property was spacious and affordable. However, I would describe it as exactly what we needed, and nothing more. It was just clean enough, smelling of artificial air fresheners. A few questionable areas that could have used an extra wipe down. No central AC, but all the rooms had window units. Beds were not very comfortable, but didn’t necessarily disturb my sleep. Property felt pretty beat up/run down including sloppy paint jobs, lots of dents/scuffs in the floor, and some of the hand rails and toilet paper holders missing/falling off the wall. I don’t think the upstairs fridge was very cold, and the downstairs fridge froze all our food. The property could use some love and maintenance. A few extra touches such as additional blankets, extra towels, bathroom amenities, and a bigger dining table upstairs would go a long way.

We rented this home for a family funeral, and the experience was stressful and disappointing. The lock failed multiple times (once making us late to the funeral), WiFi was unreliable, and cleanliness/kitchen supplies were poor. For the cost, the home was not well-prepared for guests—we hope VRBO/host provides accommodation for these serious issues.

Nice home but unfortunately it is not well maintained. The size of the home is great. The location is okay. However, there are many things that are wrong with the place. First, it was dirty. It did not feel clean when we got there, we communicated this with the property owner, they came and mopped but didn’t do much else. There were many minor issues and broken parts of the house like the towel holders, blinds, and toilet ( it wasn’t attached so when you sat down it moved). The vanity upstairs would wiggle and seemed unsafe. One of the beds in the downstairs room was on bricks. According to the owner, previous visitors broke frame. The place has many holes in walls/ doors so it seems like a lack of care for the place. The place didn’t have many dishes to use and only 3 pots to cook with, one which was very scratched and unusable. The place was big, great for a big family however, it is not well maintained.

Comfortable and Spacious

It's a large house with 2 spacious floors and a kitchen on each floor. We enjoyed our stay. AC, TV in every room. Communication is very prompt. Requests were very responsive. The neighborhood is very well kept, nice and quiet. A gem in Roosevelt. Minor issues with ants, bringing dishes upstairs since that's where dishwasher is. Owner also said she will adjust fridge temperature so it's not so cold. Thank you!

Amazing home! But could be more clearer!

The entire state was amazing and everything was literally perfect. However, the home had some areas where things were either broken or a little dirty in spots. Overall though, the entire place was huge! Definitely bigger than the online listing. The backyard was beautiful. The photos on the listing are also a little old because the home had a lot of updates and modifications. Like I said, though it just could’ve been cleaned a bit better and fixed in some areas so that people wouldn’t be afraid of being charged for anything that they didn’t break, etc.. wonderful stay though 3

Clean but a little sad

Place was clean and worked great for what we needed but it looked like just pit in leftover furniture- nightstands were more ok there needs to be something next to the bed then any thought into it how it looks . Every room had a TV bed and curtains that’s it. Baseboard heaters cover were on the floor in every room - hazard if small kids. Extra kitchen was great but fridge was not working but made crazy noise and oven in working kitchen was not working. Neighborhood felt ok, good parking amount (3-4 cars on property and some street parking. Lots of areas felt they needed some talc ( damaged doors and walls) . Worst part was 2 hours before check in I was told I have to pay a cleaning fee now where mentioned before - Vrbo reimbursed me in the end as I had no choice paying it at that point. But Vrbo blamed host and host blamed Vrbo for not informing me. Not necessary issue when you travel.

Perfect for our need

Beautiful home that needed a sprucing. Upstairs bathroom mirror wasn't clean. Used toothbrush present. Utensils were sparse. TVs didn't work. And door keypad was inoperative. But we just needed a place to stay and we enjoyed our family's function despite.

Weekend Stay

For some reason he thought I canceled my reservation. When I got nervous that I hadn't recieved any check in information I messaged him. He did message me right back and apologized for the misunderstanding. I asked when we would get the access information and I didn't get a response. After a few hours I had to call VRBO because I was about to catch my flight. I had family that would be arriving before myself. I wanted to be sure they could get in , To be clear they would be there after check in time. VRBO called the host and I did get the info. Besides that, the communication was great, even when trying to get details about the location before we left. They house itself was in a fairly quite cul-de-sac. The house was a good size, fitting all of us comfortably. The house itself didnt have anything provided to wash dishes ( scrubbies, soap, kitchen towels). We used bathroom washclothes to dry with and bought the rest of the stuff. The pots and pans need to be replaced, they were so scratched up we really didn't want to cook in them. The house needed some serious cleaning. Your feet kind of stuck to the floor like it was sticky. My sister-in-law made the mistake of walking across the floor without shoes, her feet were almost black. Clearly the bedrooms hadn't really been swept, there was a sock from the previous people under the bed. But, it was right on the edge, if you woud have swept, you would have seen it. Weekend getaway.

Accommodations were definitely accurate to the ad. We only had a slight issue with the keypad but we got it. The neighbor was quiet. Great place to relax after running around the city all day!

Ideal location

At first it started off weird with one of the host but it worked itself out. the property is in a cudesac which is nice the entry code was long but that was minor. I did make some recommendations to the host with some minor things The beds are comfortable. You can sleep 12 adults 5 beds with 2 adults to a bed and 1 adult in each couch.you can bring an air mattress Overall the property worked out for what I needed it for . The property is 3 min from the southern start parkway which was perfect I will stay there again if I ever need a large place to stay
