The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Place was small but worked well for 5 adults. I would highly recommend it. We will rent again if available when we need a place on L.I.

Comfortable and Beautiful

Place is huge, feels like you are at home. Beds are comfy and Grace has anything you could possibly need. And wait until you see the backyard at night, they have outdone themselves. We come back to Long Island every year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

The host was very communicative, easy to reach, and provided most of the essentials we needed both for the kitchen and bathroom. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor heaters, which made the space even more enjoyable. Our group had a great stay and we would definitely return.

Hidden Gem!

We arrived at the property on July 11, 2022 and stayed through July 17, 2022. The property is surrounded by tall trees and gives you the feeling of being in a secluded area. We loved this! We entered the backyard to gain access to the property and were greeted with a beautiful yard with a variety of flowers in different colors. The lights that light up the backyard at night made the yard look stunning! We were very comfortable the whole time we were there. We did not utilize the backyard too much as we had events to attend, but it was nice to come back at night to see the lights on and sit out under the patio area set in the back of the yard. The GFI outlet in the bathroom did blow out while we were there, but Grace was very responsive and prompt about getting it fixed and replaced in a matter of hours. There was plenty of room in the living area and the beds were comfortable to us. The property served as our home base while we were on LI and we basically just slept and showered at the property (we did no cooking). Its location was central to both Suffolk and Nassau counties and worked perfectly for our needs. We will definitely return to this property in the future as long as it is available when we want to go! Thank you Grace for being such a wonderful host!

Set up for fun and entertainment

While it was just myself and a friend, the property was set up real well for a bigger group. Backyard was beautiful and big enough for a big group to enjoy. There were lots of games and stuff if going to the beach. I will definitely look into this rental again if/when I make my way back to Long Island.
