Récemment mis à jour, ce propriétaire ajoute quelque chose de nouveau chaque année. Amenez vos amis et votre famille pour la meilleure vue sur le lac! Paradise Point décrit tout! Vous ne croirez pas la vue depuis le pont ou celle des trois étages de fenêtres donnant sur le chenal principal.

Les caractéristiques comprennent Internet sans fil, une grande suite parentale avec vue sur l'eau, lit King Size, télévision à écran plat et salle de bain privée. Le niveau supérieur accueille également le futon dans le loft. Le niveau principal comprend la cuisine et la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 14 personnes, un grand salon avec plafond cathédrale et une télévision à écran plat 50 pouces, un lecteur DVD, trois fenêtres, une salle de bain et une buanderie. Le niveau inférieur comprend trois chambres: une chambre lit queen-size au bord du lac avec télévision, une chambre lit king-size avec vue sur le lac et la 3ème chambre à coucher avec deux lits queen-size, permettant à cette maison de dormir jusqu’à 14 personnes. Ils partagent une salle de bain complète au même niveau.

Cette maison se situe au-dessus du lac pour offrir une vue spectaculaire, mais quittez le niveau inférieur et se trouve à quelques minutes à pied du quai privé. Le quai couvert est doté de deux grandes cales, d’une caleçon PWC et d’une plateforme de bain. Home est situé à seulement 30 minutes des restaurants, des attractions, des 110 magasins, des centres commerciaux et plus encore!

Boating get away!

The large kitchen/dining/living room area was great for entertaining the whole family! The dock are worked out perfect for us! Would definitely rent again!

The property manager contacted us the day of our reservation to give quick information on the property. They called back to let us know that the coffee pot was missing and had a new one within an hour of check-in. Awesome location and dock. Clean property. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Summer trip

Several friends and I stayed at paradise point for an extended weekend! There was plenty of room and seating for all of us! The only complaint we might have had would be the insane amount of spider webs and spiders everywhere on the deck, stairs down to the dock, and on the dock! Other than that we had a great stay! We would definitely come back!

We’ve been experiencing more spiders this year and will try to do a better job of spraying and cleaning them up before guest arrivals. Unfortunately, sometimes, especially outdoors, we clean them up one day and they are back the next. Great house with view for large group

We had a great stay. We loved all the space inside and on the deck to hang out. House needs the address on it somewhere, it has an 8 on it, which ia not the address. Giving people a heads up about this would be helpful. If you’re wanting to float by the dock, this area is a little too busy for that. Easy to rent a boat from Adventure Boat Rentals and it’s 10 min boat drive back to the house dock to load up. Overall we had a great stay and loved adventuring around the Ozarks.

Beautiful View

The house was spacious, with a great location for a beautiful view. I would not recommend using the dock for your boat, The house/dock is on a point of the main channel making a great view but a very wavy and busy water location. The owners worked around a few utility issues during our stay and I was very appreciative of the communication and sense of urgency. I would recommend the home to a big group for sure !

Gipson Lake Trip 2024

The house has a fabulous view, with floor to ceiling windows, it's just a WOW! The bedrooms were roomy and inviting and the overall appearance was great! My family was impressed, and we all had a great time! The only drawback is there is very low water pressure on the bottom level and both showers cannot run the same time. A matter of minor inconvenience once we figured out a schedule. Parking was tight but we managed. One helpful detail would be house numbers. It took a few minutes to figure out which house was ours. :) Overall we had a great time and would recommend staying here for a family outing!

Probably the dirtiest vrbo I’ve ever stayed at.

I was not happy with how dirty the toilets shower windows and exterior of this home was. We have stayed at a lot of vrbo homes before and never have any been this dirty. We called about the plug in outlets and lights working at the docks twice and still the outlets never worked after they came to fix them. It has been such a crummy year and we just wanted to have a nice get away before school started so I didn’t choose to spend our couple days complaining about the house.

Gretel, thanks for your review. We appreciate your concerns. The water in the area the home is located in has a lot of iron in the water which does discolor the toilet basins, it doesn't hurt anything and is fine to drink, but over time it does leave a rust color in the toilets. We did have maintenance stop by to work on the outlets and lights but unfortunately the water was too rough that weekend to be able to fix the issue. And while we appreciate you not wanting to complain, many times the only way we know something is not right is if the guest will let us know. We check each property prior to guest arrival and we do check the lights on the dock but we do not check the outlets. In addition we had a number of projects planned for this home in the spring that did not occur due to Covid19, including deck and exterior work. This fall we will be doing some updating and remodeling for the 2021 season. Thanks again! Russell Burdette Owner/Broker

End of Summer Hoorah

Overall the house was beautiful and amazing. The only issues I had were the parking. We had two mid size SUVs and a sedan. The SUVs pretty much took up the entire parking area that was supposed to fit 3. I would say there is pretty much no way that you could fit 3. The outlets didn’t have enough watts to power a medium sized speaker which was kind of a bummer because most of what we do is relax in the lake and listen to music so that kind of rained on our parade. But, take away those two items and the house was amazing. I couldn’t get over how breath taking the windows and the view were. The property manager (Eli) was super responsive and was accommodating in the way that he was able to get a new grill for us to use. I would recommend this property to others. 4/5 stars.

Jake, thanks for the review! The views are amazing from the windows and the deck. We will take a look at the outlets on the dock as they should be able to power a speaker without any problems. Parking is tight (as cars are not getting any smaller) however you should easily be able to park two cars in front of the home and then one on the side of the drive by the walk-way. We do have off-site parking available at no charge as well, if needed for additional vehicles. And thanks for calling about the grill, since we don't use the grills, we sometimes don't know unless someone lets us know. We are glad you were happy with the new grill we delivered. Nice big house but not accommodating for a big family. Needs some upkeep tended to.

The house is a nice big house and in a nice area and right on the water. We had a family of 12 staying for a family gathering and planned to fix most meals there at the house. The home didn’t accommodate that as there were on a few pots, pans and skillets and the stove only had one big burner working. We went to use the grill and it didn’t work either. Lighting in the kitchen is horrible. Some upkeep such as nailing down carpet better in area where you step on nails if you are not careful, chipped paint in a lot of area, the deck needs tended to as you can walk outside on it without shoes, and the master shower needs a new sprayer as it’s hard to use without getting water everywhere but on yourself. The location was nice, right on the water and the dock was a nice hang out spot as well. Parking is horrible but tends to be a problem for all in that area bc of location and homes being right on top of another. We had a great time anyhow and made things work and called management and got new cooking ware and a grill. Stove wasn’t fixed before we left but with the working grill we were able to make things work. All in all, just a little upkeep and some replacing of items such as the stove and lights, I think this place could be a great hike for a family gathering such as ours.

Lovely home

This was a wonderful home for us to stay in. Absolutely stunning view of the lake and an awesome wrap around deck to enjoy it. Plenty (and I do mean plenty) of dishes, cookware and utensils for our family of 9 to use. Had a great stay here and will recommend it to family and friends.

80s Ladies

The house was beautiful and the perfect size for our group. Check in was super easy and we felt at home the minute we walked in. The views from this house and deck were fantastic! A few minor issues were corrected immediately; Eli, Lisa, Julie, or Russell were always responsive very quickly by phone, text and email. The road to the point is a bit windy, narrow and hilly, and the parking was a little steeper than we thought. But we easily fit three vehicles and found it best to back in. The dock was spacious and we had several inflatables we spent hours on in the water near the dock. The lake was pretty choppy during our stay, but was perfectly calm the day we left. Getting down to the dock involved quite a few stairs and it felt pretty steep; this was mentioned in the property description so it was as we expected. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with several extras like spices, oils, etc. We were glad we brought food with us so we did not have to go back to town for groceries. But there were stores within about 20 minutes of the property. The parking for additional vehicles was a little confusing because it was just a gravel lot at what appeared to be more of a boat repair place than what we thought would be a marina. Once we got there though it was fine. It's only about 10 minutes from the property and is on a main road. For seven women in this gorgeous setting with comfortable accommodations, our ladies birthday celebration trip was wonderful!

30th anniversary family get away

The property was close to town by vehicle and also restaurants by boat. We were able to ski, boat and kayak. The property managers dealt with concerns we had in a timely manner. The house does need some attention outside. There is poison ivy, wasps and spiders up and down the steps to the dock. The rails on the deck are too fat apart and a child could fall through them. We had our very active 2 year old grandson with us and he had his head through the railings within 5 minutes of arrival. That is on us in choosing the property We wanted a large home with a big living space, kitchen and eating area. We got that and more! We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the house with a few exceptions. The parking slope and depth of the parking spots were VERY changeling. The deck/ railing was unsafe for kids and unstable (lacking supports on corners etc.) The rail actually would move if you touched them. The lower deck steps to the docked were soft and needed work and vines pulled away from steps. We could not use the tub/shower in the down stairs as it would NOT drain so had to bath the babies in the upstairs shower which was very hard because that sowers was so small. The house need alittle attention.

The house was nice and accomodating. It had everything we needed. The boat slip needed a little TLC and the bumper was off, but other than that, we had a nice stay.

Fun Stay, Good Views, but Needs Improvement

This house was a great getaway for people who want to enjoy the lake and avoid a condo. Whether you are boating, fishing, or playing golf, it’s hard not enjoy yourself at the lake. My party was 4 couples and we agreed there were a few items to mention for those considering this location in Rocky Mount: - If you are staying for any period greater than about two days, be sure to bring plenty of supplies. There was very limited toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent, etc. Our stay was for 8 nights so we had to purchase all of these things and more. - If you intend to cook anything substantial for more than 4 people beware. The kitchen lacks the plates & glasses necessary to accommodate the number of guests that the house sleeps. A great deal of common cooking equipping (pots, pans, bowls, etc) are either absent or in poor shape. - The deck and dock could each use some TLC. The dock was fun and useable but one of the restraining cables is downed which is mildly concerning. The deck was more concerning to my party. It obviously needed to be refinished but the railings were not exactly solid. The railings are worrisome because there is a 30ft consequence from the top level (most of the deck). Possibly the most concerning were the warped support beams that hold the deck up! I really hope the property management is aware of the deck’s condition. With all that being said, we did enjoy ourselves very much during our stay. We hope you will too.

Since we don't actually sleep or cook in the home, we appreciate that you are giving us some needed information that we can update on the home and we will promptly supply those as soon as possible. We are slated for a new deck this fall and have shored up all of the supports. The cable has since been fixed as soon as we noticed it. Fantastic location on main channel

This house has amazing views of the main channel. Very close to Bagnall Dam. Checkout procedures are very simple, in comparison to other hosts. This was a huge benefit.
