Sitting on one acre of land, adjacent to five additional acres, this home offers RARE privacy and quiet, deep waters to enjoy all your water activities. A grand view of Workmen Hollow Cove is right out the living room sliding doors or from the deck which rings the entire home for unprecedented outdoor living space including patio furniture and an 8-person HOT TUB.

Horseshoe Bend boasts one of the best, top-class areas of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. The home is conveniently located at the 8 MM in Workmen Hollow cove in beautiful Horseshoe Bend area. There are many restaurants close to the home on and off the water including golf courses and many other attractions close by.

The home itself has four bedrooms, which includes a large “family-sized” bedroom that sleeps 4 people with two twin and one full-sized bed for families with young children to sleep together, or just for stuffing all the kids in one room! Most of the bedrooms in the home have beautiful views of the lake. And two bedrooms have adjoining "En-Suite" bathrooms.

The main floor of the home offers an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with a tall alcove ceiling throughout the main area of the home offering a large living vibe. The Kitchen comes equipped with many gadgets located in the hall closet such as crockpot, Ninja Foodi, Chopper, Kitchen-aide mixer, wireless hand mixer, dehumidifier, and much more. The dining area accommodates seating for eight people: seating for 6 people at the dining table and seating for 2 people at the pup table next to the dining table.

For all of you outdoor lovers, the home is quite unique, offering a feature that most homes don't have at Lake of the Ozarks. The home has more than 2,500 square feet of outdoor deck living on both levels in addition to a stone patio. The home also has unobstructed views of Workmen Hollow cove.
