Lovely cottage with a wonderful back yard! Beds were so comfortable! This home is situated perfectly to the beach, restaurants, grocers, & shopping. Only 15 minutes from the Hyannis airport! The home hydrangeas were superb! I’ll be renting again!

Cozy and central

First time at Cape Cod and our stay was nice and cozy. We were central to beaches, towns and activities that we had planned.The house was perfect for our family!We thoroughly enjoyed the family room where we hung out together after our days out.The outside space was perfect for gathering family together.Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beach home.

Fantastic stay

We enjoyed our stay so much, this property is very cozy and relaxing. We loved the backyard set up and the outdoor shower and the sunroom. There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was great. We would love to stay here again, highly recommend.

Week at the Beach

We had a great week. The location was great minutes from the beach and our favorite restaurant and mini golf. Plenty of space inside and out for the family to enjoy. Had all the comforts of home including sheets and towels. A great stay!

Quaint little Cape Cod gem in Yarmouth!

Great location! Quaint Cape house and neighborhood! Easy access to Main Street (rt-28). Owners were very accommodating and very good at communication when we reached out with questions! Would recommend!

Family Cape Vacation

Property was nicely nestled in a quaint neighborhood. The entry was fairly easy although the lockbox is not easy to open. The rooms were as pictured. No air conditioning in the kids room although they didn’t complain. The bathroom was a bit moldy around the tub, we used it as a shower only. Backyard was beautiful but everything was covered in red mites so we couldn’t sit on the furniture. Deck was mite-free and we would sit there. No beach chairs offered. Master bedroom needs a side table on either side of the bed. Drive to beach was easy. Loved proximity to restaurants and shops. Thank you!

Great location, thoughtful inclusions

The porch and outdoor space at this house are lovely. We used them a lot. It’s also a great location with a number of thoughtful extras (games, art stuff for kids, paper products, etc). If anyone is moisture/mold sensitive, I would caution that this house will likely require allergy meds; one member of our party definitely needed that.

Great stay

The house was large and comfortable and the yard large and well laid out. The outdoor shower is great. We had a good time at home, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. Lots of dust under the furniture. The bathtub is a bit old and not very inviting. There is a fairly strong humidity scent which they try to camouflage with a lot of ambient products. A few kitchen accessories were missing, such as a wooden spoon, a rag and a can opener that we bought and left there. Otherwise the host is very nice and easy to reach.

Nice Cape Cod Stay with a Few Inconveniences

We had a nice stay overall and appreciated several aspects of the house. The backyard was definitely a highlight—spacious and great for relaxing, especially around the fire pit in the evenings. The outdoor shower was also a big plus after beach days. We loved the location; it was convenient to just about everything we wanted to do in the area. The kitchen was well stocked, and the griddle made for some great breakfasts. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the living room couches were very comfortable and perfect for lounging.That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The house had a musty smell when we arrived, and unfortunately, there were a lot of gnats inside—we ended up with bites all over. One of the bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable at night. The listing said beach towels would be provided, but there weren’t any, and the bath towels that were available were low quality and had noticeable bleach stains. The tub faucet was loose and came away from the wall when turning on the shower, and only one bedroom had a mirror, which made getting ready a bit tricky.With a few updates and some attention to detail, this place could be a real gem. We did enjoy our time, but these are things future renters may want to be aware of.

Cozy home with comfortable beds. Plenty of space for up to 8 people (we had 5). Quiet area that put us in good proximity to many places we wanted to explore at the Cape. The many positives to this home outweighed the few areas of improvements, such as the loose and awkward tub/shower nozzel, some minor yet noticeable cleanliness areas, and the mildewy smell that can be quite potent if not dealt with. We found that keeping the AC units on throughout the day at a reasonable setting, leaving all interior doors open, and running the bathroom fan throughout the day helped to circulate the air and keep the odor at bay. The host requests guests to be mindful of excessive electricity usage, but we found it necessary to use these features to keep the house comfortable in mid-July. Again, the multiple positives, such as layout, location, comfort, and host communications make this home a good choice for booking. We were on the go everyday and unfortunately were not able to enjoy the front porch, back porch, back yard, and firepit, but we appreciate having access to them.
