Great spot, pretty much the dead center of Greensboro, perfect location for us. Super clean and well furnished. Nathan was easy get in touch with, and check-in / check-out were easy.Will definitely book this property the next time we visit Greensboro.

Great stay!

This house worked well for our group. It was clean and we enjoyed the 2 sitting areas, which both had tvs. The location allowed for short drives to the places we were visiting. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Plenty of room in this simple and clean property. Easy to get to and easy to move around town. Easy to relax when we were there.

NCAT Graduation Weekend

We had a great time. The place was perfectly accommodating. It was literally 3 to 8 mins in proximity to where we needed to be each day. If and when I get bk to Greensboro I'd be willing to stay here again.

Good spot near UNCG

This worked out well for us. Good location, we were in Greensboro to watch our daughter play softball at UNCG at it was a great location, about 5 minutes away. The property suited our needs, good bedrooms, we at out for dinners but made breakfast every morning, close to everything in town.

The home was beautiful and we didn’t have to worry about running to get garbage bags, dish liquid or any of the necessities you need in a home. The location was very accessible to food, shopping and was a straight shot to the family we were there visiting during the Thanksgiving holiday. Starbucks is located the next block over.

Extremely clean

The house was clean and everything worked. We had multiple people traveling in from other states, for a UNCG music recital. The location is walkable a very short drive to campus. The off street parking was great! 2 separate TV areas 1 upstairs 1 downstairs.

Would stay again

The property was nice. Heads up, one of the trees in the back produces a lot of sap, we had to wash our car daily. We did see a couple water bugs inside the house, but that wasnt a big deal. And the fan on the AC unit was extremely loud.

Comfortable spot

Property was clean and convenient spot in a transitional neighborhood for a weekend in Greensboro. Close to baseball stadium. Downtown district was a considerable walk, so plan on using your vehicle. Relatively quiet part of town, but it is a duplex property, so if you have noisy neighbors, you may want to bring a noise machine.

Great house and location for Greensboro Aquatic Center

Perfect house for our group of swim volunteers. The only suggestion is to point out that there is TONS of parking down the driveway in the back. This is the door to use for the listing. The front door is someone else! Host is super responsive. Hope to be back again.
