Stylish Comfort and Hot Tub at Clay Terrace

Relax in style in this newly renovated home just steps from the shops, restaurants, and spas at Clay Terrace. Soak in the backyard hot tub, then head indoors to play pool or air hockey while enjoying the big game on our 85" home theater screen. Mesh wifi network and three smart TVs facilitate simultaneous work and play. Perfect for families, friend groups, and traveling business professionals!

Start your day at our coffee bar with a local roast. Later, cook a feast in the fully stocked kitchen or grill and lounge on the back patio while the kids play horseshoes and corn hole in the large and fully fenced backyard. Toast s'mores around the fire pit after dinner.

Two living areas on the main floor as well as our basement entertainment area provide ample space for kids' play, earnest conversation, a quiet read, board games, and more.

Experience endless hot showers in the three full baths powered by a tankless water heater. Sleep luxuriously under down comforters on one king and four queen beds in the four bedrooms upstairs. Wireless charging stations are provided in each bedroom.

Garage parking for two cars is available.

The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and well-stocked. The instructions provided made navigating the high-end appliances very simple. It is located in area easily accessible to all the activities we were in town to experience. I especially liked the Monon Trail being a couple of blocks away.

Beautiful home!

The pictures really don’t do this house justice. In addition to being pretty and a great location, the house it is very well stocked. We cooked several large meals and the kitchen has everything you could need! The kids loved the basement and the hot tub. It was great for our family gathering. Highly recommend!

Fabulous house, location and hosts

Beautifully renovated home with several nice touches - candy jar with treats for kids in the game room, to-go coffee cups for the parents, heated toilet seat in the master (oh yes!!), and lots of games for family enjoyment. The beds and linens were SOOO comfortable I actually want to replicate them in our home. Safe neighborhood with easy access to grocery and 8 min to downtown Carmel or Grand Park sports complex. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Perfect Home Base for Our Grand Park Baseball Weekend!

We traveled with a few other families for a baseball tournament at Grand Park Sports Complex in Indiana this past weekend and rented this VRBO. The house was amazing! It was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The teens in our group loved the variety of activities available, and the hot tub and fire pit were great for relaxing after long days at the park. The backyard and seating area were fantastic, despite a few spiders and mosquitoes. One of the highlights was the popcorn machine in the basement, which made for fun movie and game nights. The location was ideal – so close to Grand Park and within walking distance to a great outdoor shopping area. We would definitely rent this home again for future visits. The amenities and proximity to everything we needed made our stay truly enjoyable.
