Easy Access to the Tri Cities!

Thank you, Jen, for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad we could accommodate your group of five for the weekend. We are a bit surprised by the rating of three stars because the listing very clearly states this is a private apartment unit (not a single family home) inside a small, quiet apartment complex. That is exactly why we are able to keep the price so affordable while still providing a clean, fully equipped space with two bedrooms and everything you needed (Wi Fi, smart TVs, full kitchen, early check in, and more). The property type is labeled Apartment right at the top of the listing, and the address and photos show the building context. We are sorry this was not the type of property you were hoping for. No issues were mentioned during your stay, and we had offered early check in as soon as cleaning was complete. If anything else could have made your experience better, we would genuinely love to hear it so we can improve for future guests. We hope you at least enjoyed the convenient Mesa location and easy access to the Tri Cities area. We would be happy to host you again anytime. Just reach out directly. Safe travels!

Thank you, Janet, for your 4/5 review! We're glad you found our place affordable, convenient, clean, and comfortable. We appreciate your kind words about our responsive management and convenient location. We’d love to welcome you back!

Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We value all reviews to enhance our property. Future guests, we prioritize cleanliness and comfort at Ivyglen #122. We clean thoroughly between stays, and we regret this fell short. We checked in during the visit but heard no issues, which would have let us fix them quickly. Post-review, we inspected deeply, refreshed bedding, assessed mattresses for better comfort, and checked shower fixtures. We aim to offer an affordable, welcoming spot near the Tri Cities, with Google Chromecast on TVs and strong Wi-Fi. Check our positive reviews and book confidently. Questions? Contact us anytime. We look forward to your stay.

Sevannah, we are thrilled to hear that you had a fantastic stay at our vacation home, and we appreciate your kind words about our great location and awesome host, Dale. We are committed to providing excellent communication and ensuring that all our guests have a memorable experience. As we continue to improve our services, we have addressed any issues that were previously mentioned, and we are confident that future renters will have a wonderful time with us. Your positive feedback means a lot to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have hosted you. Thank you for choosing our vacation home for your stay, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you, Hope, for your 5/5 review! We're so glad you found the location convenient and the place clean, comfortable, and easy to connect to Netflix. It’s wonderful to hear you had a nice stay. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your review, LaRee. We're sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. Upon your arrival, you expressed dissatisfaction with the property, which is a well-maintained, value-priced apartment complex. Shortly after check-in, you reported a missing TV remote. Our team responded promptly by sending someone over to assist, and when a thorough search wasn't possible at that moment, we purchased and delivered a new remote right away. The original remote was later found under the couch. You also mentioned a strong cleaning scent, so we opened doors and windows to air out the space immediately. We addressed the flickering kitchen light by replacing the bulb the same evening and offered to inspect other concerns in person, with our team reviewing everything after checkout to make necessary adjustments, including additional cleaning and repairs to the blinds (which our pre-arrival photos confirm were intact and functional). You completed the full four-night reservation without formally canceling through VRBO, and we appreciate all feedback to help us improve. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, clean experience, as reflected in the majority of our positive guest reviews. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Bridget thank you for your review. We will continue updating the apartment.

Diane's review appears to lack sincerity. Upon expressing her desire for reimbursement, she insinuated that failure to comply would result in a negative review. I extended an offer to address her concerns in person, yet she declined, stating it was too late to rectify the situation. As I refused to provide compensation, she subsequently posted the unfavorable review.

Thank you, Kristy, for your 5/5 review! We're happy to hear our place worked well for your Thanksgiving gathering, providing an affordable spot to cook meals and spend evenings together. We apologize for any confusion about the pull-out bed and for the noise from upstairs neighbors. We appreciate your feedback about the property needing some love and will pass it along to our team to address. We hope to host you again for an even better stay!

Katelin, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We take your comments seriously and will address the issues you mentioned, including the amenities, bedding, towels, and drainage concerns, to improve the unit for future guests. We’re glad to hear you found the unit mostly clean and our host responsive. Your input helps us make necessary updates, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide a better stay in the future. Best regards, Dale

Thank you, Angelika, for your kind words. Your family were great guests and your welcome back anytime.
