This property has it all for large families or medium size groups with multi-level space which is handicap accessible on the main level. Large covered back deck, lower patio with hot tub, pavilion at the lake, firepit, seasonal boat dock, swing, lots of games for the rainy days. This is truly a home away from home that will allow you to leave all your cares behind you. Douglas Lake is a TVA controlled reservoir and is drawn down from late fall through early spring. The lake is still there, but docks may be sitting on the lake bottom and not at the edge of the property. The lake is typically at full summer pool during the summer months. This property always has a big lake view all year round.
