Overall the stay was very nice, the house was clean and comfortable. The last day we had some plumbing issues and were unable to run the dishwasher due to water leakage, and the kitchen sink was would not drain. The shower handle had issues when we arrived and completely stopped working the last day so we could not take showers. We had neighbors in the back cottage but they were quiet. Would stay again if I was in the area.

This was our 1st trip to the Keys. We couldn’t have been happier with our booking. Everything was spotless.

Best Stay of All

We travel a lot and use VRBO all the time - always great experiences. This stay was by far the best of all. Location is amazing and the host is amazing. We highly recommend a stay there!

Nice, clean beach house

The house is in a great location to explore the keys. It is small, but very tidy and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It is a short drive to many restaurants and activities. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Grassy Key

We had a wonderful stay at the home. It was very clean, easy to access, the outdoor space was amazing. The host was prompt with responses and easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back!

Nice get away

The house was very nice and clean,we enjoyed sitting in the afternoons. I don't think you could get a boat in there the tide goes out quite a bit. But overall we really enjoyed the place.

Thank you Terry for your commentary on our property, and we've always have been clear with our tenants. The property does not have a ramp, dock, or sufficient depth for boats to be docked in. We specified in the informations book in the house that the closest ramp is in Marathon, at around 4 miles away. Perhaps, the information to park a boat with a trailer could confuse someone into thinking that the boat can be put in the water, but what it really means is that there is enough space in the front of the house to park a boat with a trailer. It's a shame that through some confusion I was given a 4 star rating, when as of now we've always had 5 star rating. Even so, I'm grateful for your review.

Clean and cute Florida Key home

We loved our stay here with 4 kids. Morning coffee out by the palm trees watching the sunrise was my favorite! The kids loved the hammock and yard games. They also had fun lizard hunting. We loved using the fire pit at night. So fun! The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. 2 important things for us! The only negatives were that the couches were so terribly uncomfortable. But we just piled pillows on them…lol. They also only provided three rolls of toilet paper and three trash bags. So supplies aren’t the best so maybe ask ahead of time to be sure they leave enough for you. But overall these were minor inconveniences and we loved staying here!

We hadn't had anyone complain about the old couches before so we're glad someone did so we could take action. Again, were glad your had a good time.

Spring break 2024

We had a great time at the house. It was well suited for my family. (And exceptionally clean) The house was beyond equipped from any other Vrbo house I have rented. Fully stocked coffee selection to having laundry soap. The covered patio and games were a big hit as well as the fishing rods. The neighborhood felt safe. Sunrises were amazing. The location was perfect. The only downfall was it wasn’t great for swimming as the tides play a big role in the water level. But, we found a lot of other gorgeous beaches to enjoy. The Bahia Honda State Park beach was our favorite but Sombrero Beach was a close second. I would definitely go back. The only thing about the listing was it didn’t mention that there is another rental on the property. So, we were taken by surprise when we arrived and found another couple on the property. Luckily, for us, they were very pleasant and it worked out just fine.

Happy return home and without a doubt I would receive them again
